Inventory is outdated and partially defective; terrace door is taped shut on one side. TV is much too small and carpets on the first floor are old and defective. Inventory is in need of renovation.

The inventory is no longer in good condition. Drawers broken. And it was not possible to watch, for example, ARD on the television.
