The house was fine, although it is used and many of the doors to the various cupboards and the bed space when you come up the stairs were crooked. the fridge and freezer were not for a large family. so you couldn't buy big, but then you could go over to the small grocery store that was there. Bath country was fine, but also used there was a whole outdoor basing which was closed down maybe because it had to be renovated. All things considered, it was a nice holiday. Regards James

Ordering food at the time of booking didn't work. We were told on site that unfortunately everything was fully booked and that we could therefore no longer get places for breakfast or dinner. The toilet on the ground floor of the holiday home was so dirty that it smelled like a station toilet. My wife then cleaned it because her service staff didn't seem to be able to do it. The drains were clogged in all three showers, this was fixed by your long-time employee, unfortunately we had to wait for him for 3 hours, in which one could have done something nice otherwise.

2 adults, 3 children. Super beautiful and idyllic holiday home. Nice, well-kept facility, very spacious for endless walks. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. There was a small supermarket in the facility, a boutique, indoor swimming pool with slides, bowling alley, table tennis, restaurant, wellness and spa area. Outdoor beach volleyball court, soccer field, trampoline, mini golf, playground, and a petting zoo. The house inside had three separate bedrooms and a bed in a closet. Totally sweetly done. The two bedrooms upstairs each had their own bathroom and could also be locked separately with the room card. In the kitchenette, everything needed for cooking was available. Cozy living room with TV and dining room with enough seats. Terrace also with seating and a large lawn area. It was pleasantly quiet even at night. The food in the hotel's own restaurant was very tasty. The pool area is also nicely done, a bit aged in some places, but not a big deal. It's a pity that one of the slides was completely closed; I assume it needs some renovation first. Otherwise, it was a great feel-good vacation. We had a lot of fun, especially the kids. You can reach great sights and shopping opportunities in 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything.

Our vacation was nice, really nice. At first, we were disappointed because our house was not cleaned upon arrival at 4:15 PM, even though check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. At 4:30 PM, we were then told that the house was now clean. When we saw the condition of the floor, etc., we reported to the reception and complained. It was cheeky that the cleaning staff said it was our mess. Everything was fixed later, and by around 6:30 PM, the house was clean. The cleaning staff still liked to overlook the spiders. As an apology, there was a fruit basket and a bottle of sparkling wine. However, if we disregard this once, the vacation was really perfect for the little ones. There are so many possibilities there. The facility is wonderfully quiet and the houses are beautiful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so you don't have to step on each other's toes with several people. The swimming pool was a bit cold, but it has great slides and a baby pool. What I also find unfortunate is that trampolining costs money. Otherwise, there are wonderful entertainment programs. We will come back.

It is a very beautiful area, very suitable for families with children. For me as a mother of a disabled child, it would be nice if there were a bicycle with a wheelchair available for rent. It would also be nice if 1 to 2 houses were also designed for disabled people. For example, on the ground floor, a sufficiently large bathroom.

The stay was okay. We were there for 3 nights with four children. Our accommodation was actually very nice. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken and there were missing chairs on the terrace. The petting zoo was unfortunately a bit sad. However, the swimming pool was really great and truly recommended. Our table reservation unfortunately got lost, but thankfully there was still a free table. The locks on the public toilets are in need of repair.

The house is very nice and the surroundings too. But the house has some issues... the floors are not clean. My 1-year-old daughter only needs to walk barefoot in the house for 2 hours to have pitch-black feet... spiders and cobwebs everywhere. And an incredibly large number of silverfish. We had booked a thatched roof house. We received a house with a hard roof. Then we wanted a house as booked, and got a house with a thatched roof. The reception was unfriendly, and it was already evident that the ladies were not pleased with us. We received this other house with a thatched roof with the note that there were lice because of the thatched roof. I know thatched roofs, and there have never been lice. Anyway, we moved into the other house, and it was frighteningly dirty. We also put our food in the fridge and cleaned up first. After 2 hours, we wanted to have coffee and noticed that the fridge wasn't working and the kettle was also broken. We went back to the reception. Then a replacement fridge was brought to our room and a new kettle. On the last day, we wanted to grill and picked up the grill at the reception. It was packaged... and very dirty. We cleaned the grill again, put sausages on it. And we noticed that the grill didn't work at all. Then we put the sausages in the pan and the bread in the oven to bake, and on that occasion, we noticed that the oven didn't work. The extractor hood was so sticky that it was disgusting. The positive aspects of the facility were the swimming pool and the bowling alley. Since I don't often stay in holiday homes, I at least learned that you have to check everything beforehand. Too bad, it was supposed to be a few nice days that were very clouded.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff was friendly, and the sauna experience was relaxing. We appreciated the easy access to bike rentals and the beautiful surroundings. The house was fine, although it is used and many of the doors to the various cupboards and the bed space when you come up the stairs were crooked. the fridge and freezer were not for a large family. so you couldn't buy big, but then you could go over to the small grocery store that was there. Bath country was fine, but also used there was a whole outdoor basing which was closed down maybe because it had to be renovated. All things considered, it was a nice holiday. Regards James

Ordering food at the time of booking didn't work. We were told on site that unfortunately everything was fully booked and that we could therefore no longer get places for breakfast or dinner. The toilet on the ground floor of the holiday home was so dirty that it smelled like a station toilet. My wife then cleaned it because her service staff didn't seem to be able to do it. The drains were clogged in all three showers, this was fixed by your long-time employee, unfortunately we had to wait for him for 3 hours, in which one could have done something nice otherwise.

A solid choice for a family vacation, the resort had a great mix of relaxation and activities. We enjoyed exploring the nearby animal experience park and then returning to the comfortable holiday home.

The support from the travel agency was excellent! Staff in the holiday resort could be friendlier (v, a, in the service) WLAN was permanently overloaded Bathroom not particularly suitable for children (entry into the shower too high) limited to very limited range of gastronomy at noon

The entire facility makes an unkempt impression, lawns around the DHH have not been mowed for 3-4 weeks, weeds on the terrace up to 15 cm high, Lt, catalog stylish and high-quality furnished accommodations, we found an old, dirty and worn-out sofa and an armchair

The holiday complex is known to us from multiple vacations, for the super low offer price, the current vacation in the family-friendly accommodation was a real success, unfortunately the complex was so full over the weekend that both the swimming pool and the restaurants were no longer attractive, F For the regular price, the price-performance ratio would have been bad,

The holiday home in the Van der Valk Resort Linstow was spacious and well-equipped. We appreciated the proximity to the swimming lake for some afternoon fun. The mini-golf course was a nice addition to our stay.

The resort is beautifully designed, and the indoor pool area was just what we needed on a rainy day. The sauna was also a nice addition, although it was closed during our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Very good care and entertainment for children and adults, well-kept outdoor facilities, good infrastructure in the resort, cleanliness and condition of the apartment and the furniture were unfortunately an absolute disaster in our apartment, there are probably different qualities of accommodation in the resort

The on-site employees were very nice and accommodating, the equipment of the FH was miserable: in the kitchen there was no toaster, no pot lids
