My 1-year-old daughter only needs to walk barefoot in the house for 2 hours to have pitch-black feet... spiders and cobwebs everywhere. And an incredibly large number of silverfish. The kitchen cabinet is not secured properly. I expected better from Van der Valk.

The house was fine, although it is used and many of the doors to the various cupboards and the bed space when you come up the stairs were crooked. the fridge and freezer were not for a large family. so you couldn't buy big, but then you could go over to the small grocery store that was there. Bath country was fine, but also used there was a whole outdoor basing which was closed down maybe because it had to be renovated. All things considered, it was a nice holiday. Regards James

Ordering food at the time of booking didn't work. We were told on site that unfortunately everything was fully booked and that we could therefore no longer get places for breakfast or dinner. The toilet on the ground floor of the holiday home was so dirty that it smelled like a station toilet. My wife then cleaned it because her service staff didn't seem to be able to do it. The drains were clogged in all three showers, this was fixed by your long-time employee, unfortunately we had to wait for him for 3 hours, in which one could have done something nice otherwise.

We had booked a thatched roof house. We got a house with a hard roof. Then we wanted a house as booked, and received a house with a thatched roof. The reception was unfriendly and it was already evident that the ladies were not happy with us. We received this other house with a thatched roof with the note that there were lice because of the thatched roof. I know thatched roofs and there have never been lice. Anyway, we moved into the other house and it was frighteningly dirty. We also put our food in the refrigerator and cleaned up first. After 2 hours, we wanted to drink coffee, and we noticed that the refrigerator wasn't working and the kettle was also defective. We went back to the reception. Then a replacement refrigerator was brought to our room and a new kettle. On the last day, we wanted to grill and picked up the grill at the reception. It was packaged... and very dirty. We cleaned the grill again and put sausages on it. And we noticed that the grill didn’t work at all. Then we put the sausages in the pan and the bread in the oven to bake, and on that occasion, we noticed that the oven didn’t work. The extractor hood was so sticky that it was disgusting. The positives about the facility were the swimming pool and the bowling alley. Since I don’t often stay in holiday homes, I at least learned that you have to check everything beforehand. Too bad, it was supposed to be a few nice days that were very clouded.

There was a small supermarket in the facility, a boutique, indoor swimming pool with slides, bowling alley, table tennis, restaurant, wellness and spa area. Outdoor beach volleyball court, soccer field, trampoline, mini golf, playground, and a petting zoo. The house inside had three separate bedrooms and a bed in a closet. Totally sweetly done. The two bedrooms upstairs each had their own bathroom and could also be locked separately with the room card. In the kitchenette, everything needed for cooking was available. Cozy living room with TV and dining room with enough seats. Terrace also with seating and a large lawn area. It was pleasantly quiet even at night. The food in the hotel's own restaurant was very tasty. The pool area is also nicely done, a bit aged in some places, but not a big deal. It's a pity that one of the slides was completely closed; I assume it needs some renovation first. Otherwise, it was a great feel-good vacation. We had a lot of fun, especially the kids. You can reach great sights and shopping opportunities in 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for everything.

Our vacation was nice, really nice. At first, we were disappointed because our house was not cleaned upon arrival at 4:15 PM, even though check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. At 4:30 PM, we were then told that the house was now clean. When we saw the condition of the floor, etc., we reported to the reception and complained. It was cheeky that the cleaning staff said it was our mess. Everything was fixed later, and by around 6:30 PM, the house was clean. The cleaning staff still liked to overlook the spiders. As an apology, there was a fruit basket and a bottle of sparkling wine. However, if we disregard this once, the vacation was really perfect for the little ones. There are so many possibilities there. The facility is wonderfully quiet and the houses are beautiful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so you don't have to step on each other's toes with several people. The swimming pool was a bit cold, but it has great slides and a baby pool. What I also find unfortunate is that trampolining costs money. Otherwise, there are wonderful entertainment programs. We will come back.

We had a great stay at the Ferienhaus in Linstow! The place was clean and spacious, perfect for our family getaway. The tropical pool was just fabulous and we loved the variety of restaurants. The only downside was that the sauna was closed during our stay, but we still had a good time. I would recommend it without hesitation to families!

The house was fine, although it is used and many of the doors to the various cupboards and the bed space when you come up the stairs were crooked. the fridge and freezer were not for a large family. so you couldn't buy big, but then you could go over to the small grocery store that was there. Bath country was fine, but also used there was a whole outdoor basing which was closed down maybe because it had to be renovated. All things considered, it was a nice holiday. Regards James

Ordering food at the time of booking didn't work. We were told on site that unfortunately everything was fully booked and that we could therefore no longer get places for breakfast or dinner. The toilet on the ground floor of the holiday home was so dirty that it smelled like a station toilet. My wife then cleaned it because her service staff didn't seem to be able to do it. The drains were clogged in all three showers, this was fixed by your long-time employee, unfortunately we had to wait for him for 3 hours, in which one could have done something nice otherwise.
