Good day, unfortunately, the vacation was not worth the money for us. We would like to report the following deficiencies and request a partial refund of 50% of the costs for the accommodation in house 452. First of all, the interior is completely worn out and the hygienic aspects are inadequate. For example, the drains of the sinks are dirty, there are remnants of former animals on the walls, and silverfish were running around everywhere. A wet room (shower) in a bedroom we have never experienced, nor any cleaning devices. The mattresses were dirty. Furthermore, we could not use the spa area (defective) and thus only the outdoor sauna without infusion and shower. Loungers were dirty and there were glass shards and nails lying around. The swimming pond was full of algae. In the bathroom, the whirlpool was not usable. In the restaurant, it was sometimes difficult to communicate with the staff. And much more. With kind regards,
