Lovingly furnished holiday home in the countryside, in a wonderfully quiet location above the town of Suhl. At an altitude of 650 m, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Thuringian Forest and the Suhltal. Behind the house you can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking or cross-country skiing. The well-known Rennsteig ridge path with a multitude of hiking destinations is the longest long-distance ski hiking route in Europe in winter and runs directly past the house at a distance of approx. 2.5 km. The cities of Erfurt and Weimar with their cultural attractions can also be reached quickly via the motorway. And if you want to take it easy: on your more than 1000 m² garden plot with terrace, large and small guests have plenty of space to relax, play and relax.
Activities nearby: The varied low mountain range in the Thuringian Forest is ideal for a wide range of sports activities and excursions. Explore the area during a long walk or take a long bike ride. The mining trail with reconstructed tunnel entrances in the Pochwerkgrund is also worth a visit. A short detour to the cities of Suhl, Erfurt, Weimar or Gotha can easily be arranged. It is ideal for strolling, shopping and experiencing culture! The Suhl-Goldlauter ski run is one of the most demanding ski runs in Thuringia. Not only skiers but also snowboarders get their money's worth here
