The holiday complex with its cozy terraced houses welcomes you as a second home. Depending on the type, the houses offer a delicious retreat for four or six people. Families in particular feel at home because the houses are built in the immediate vicinity of the unique western city. Here you wait a new adventure every day - guaranteed. After exciting days in the beautiful Hochharz region you will return to your holiday home full of beautiful impressions. Don't want to be spoiled in one of the numerous restaurants in Hasselfelde or the western city, just make something tasty for yourself ready in the open kitchen. The center of Hasselfelde is approximately two kilometers away. There you will also find numerous shops and restaurants outside the western city. The Selketalbahn leaves from the train station, belongs to the Harz narrow gauge lines and takes you through what is probably the most romantic part of the Harz Mountains: The railway line winds a way through the original landscape in tight turns, some of which are more adventurous. A trip through the Selketal still applies as a secret tip for nature and romance lovers.

Activities in the area: The western city in the Harz Mountains (open from 24.03.-29.10.) Located right next to your holiday park and invites you to a wide range of leisure activities on nice days. In addition to an animal residence and adventurous play areas for children, there is an hourly show program and every day live music. But you are also invited to be active yourself. So what about a ride through the western city? Or test your skills with an arrow and bow. Real gold dear atmosphere comes up at the gold digger camp, fun for the whole family. On the 200,000 square meter large surface you will experience the daily life of Cowboys and Indians up close. The air spa town of Hasselfelde in the middle of the Harz naturally also invites walking, but also to make a trip with the Selketalbahn, which has its own station in the city and belongs to the Harzer Schmalspurbahnen transport association. There are also numerous museums and tone mines in the villages and cities of the region, which guarantees a cultural change for your holiday.

We had a fantastic time at Ferienpark Harz! The terrace was spacious and well-equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. Our children loved exploring the nearby Pullman City Harz, and we enjoyed the live music and shows. The open kitchen was perfect for family meals, and we appreciated the quiet surroundings after our adventures. Definitely a place we would come back to!

Harz Holiday Park is a great choice for families looking for fun and adventure, The terraced house was clean and spacious, We enjoyed live music at Pullman City, and the animal residence was a big hit among the kids!

The Ferienpark Harz is nice but has its pros and cons. The houses are comfortable and the area is quiet, which we appreciated. However, the service costs and additional expenses caught us by surprise. It is a good base for exploring the beautiful surroundings, just plan the budget accordingly.

We absolutely fell in love with the family-friendly atmosphere at Ferienpark Harz! The kids had a lot of fun in the western town next door, and we enjoyed some relaxation on the terrace. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
