Taking a holiday in the Harz means enjoying our nature intimately. You will stay in a cosy wooden semi-detached house for up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living and sleeping area with double sofa bed, modernly equipped but still cosy with 40" flat-screen LED TV (incl. Sky Cinema, Sky Sport 1, Sky Fussball Bundesliga and Disney Channel), hi-fi stereo system (incl. MP3) and of course a BluRay player for your favourite films. Despite all the relaxation, far away from the stress and hectic of everyday life, you don't have to do without the internet. In our holiday home, a DSL connection (W-LAN) is of course available to you free of charge! In the separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, of course with dishwasher and microwave (incl. grill). An additional storage room and a separate guest WC make your stay as pleasant as possible.
In the attic are the bedrooms, one with two separate beds, one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a functionally furnished shower room / WC.
Outside you will find an additional lockable storage room. The large paved sun terrace is largely covered, equipped with everything ( table, chairs and barbecue ) and invites you to cosy evenings. You can park your car in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Our holiday home in the Upper Harz has been furnished for you with a lot of effort and care and, with its cosy ambience, ensures an all-round successful holiday in the enchanting Harz mountains and its extensive nature reserves.

Your advantage: Leave your car at home just once, relax and use you as our guests for your trip, all the bus routes in the transport of the entire resin circle, for free!

| Please see our homepage for our prices. Prices apply when booking a week of 7 nights for 4 persons (max. occupancy 6 persons). For the 5th and 6th person only 6,- nights are added. This additional occupancy fee does not apply to children under 3 years of age. For bookings of less than 7 nights, other prices apply. We will be happy to provide you with an individual offer on request. The price already includes all additional costs such as electricity, water and heating, as well as the final cleaning, excluding the local visitor's tax (2.50 Euro / person from 16 years; children under 16 years are exempt from the visitor's tax). Pets (on request) are also welcome, the fee is 7,- Euro/night. |

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation deadlines and fees: Free cancellation up to 10 days after booking, 20% of the total rent up to 45 days before rental begins, 50% of the total rent from 44 to 22 days before rental begins, and 80% of the total rent from 21 days before rental begins. After the booked period has elapsed, a check will be made for re-rental of the booked property. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation fees will be retroactively reduced to a processing fee of €50.00, and you will receive the difference back from us. Therefore, we recommend our improved travel cancellation package—just ask us about it.

The minimum rental period of our holiday home is 3 nights. The rental price refers to an occupancy with 4 persons. From the 5th person onwards, only a flat rate of 6,- ۆN is added (max. 6 persons).
The rental price includes all additional costs as well as the already paid taxes. The visitor's tax is to be paid on site. Pets on request 6,-Euro/night.
