Well-kept holiday apartments in an apartment complex on the outskirts of Winterberg, in the middle of a hiking and skiing area. Winterberg is a small town in the Rothaargebirge in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and belongs to the Hochsauerlandkreis district. Winterberg is internationally known as the venue for world cup races in bobsleigh and luge and as a winter sports resort. But summer also has a lot to offer around Winterberg, e.g. the golf course. Activities nearby: Whether hiking, Nordic walking, speed hiking, climbing, mountain biking or cycling, golf or tennis, inline skating or squash. You will have trouble getting bored. Whether in summer or winter. Winterberg is not only the center of the bike arena, but also the Olympic base for Nordic combined athletes, the BOB elite, for tobogganists and skeleton professionals. There is also the craziest bike park far and wide, a summer toboggan run, a beautifully situated bathing lake, swimming pools, easy to challenging hiking routes for beginners and experienced hikers and much, much more. Because, regardless of whether you come to the land of a thousand mountains for hiking, walking, biking, skiing and cross-country skiing or just to relax. Winterberg has a lot to offer ski enthusiasts: right in the town center and in almost all of its villages. Because thanks to a whole armada of "snow cannons" the motto in most ski areas from mid-December to mid-March is: "Ski and tobogganing good to very good".

Very clean apartment. The outside of Gasthof looks very old, but the apartment is not at all. The kitchen is richly equipped with all necessities. It has a good oven, even a dishwasher. In the living room you have a sleeping cupboard for 2 people. In addition, a bedroom with a large double bed. Bathroom is small but with a fantastic spray, you do need a mop. Also a nice balcony (indoor) where you can even sit on during the rain. The pool in the basement is funny, but cold. We have not tried the sauna, which requires 3 x a 2 euro coin. To be repeated!
