VILLA DIONYSOS
The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a large roof terrace with an exclusive lounger. The other two bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The kitchen with large cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with everything you need. In front of the kitchen is the approx. 30 sqm permanently covered outdoor area with dining area and lounge furniture.
In the living room there is a fireplace. We provide you with firewood. You will also find a large full HD TV and a stereo system.
From the approx. 90 sqm pool terrace you can enjoy the 43 sqm pool. Several terraces are shaded with approx. 86 sqm pergolas. You can park your car in the shady carport.
Made of pure natural stone, it nestles in the untamed nature of Crete. Stylishly furnished with clear lines and an idyllic ambience, you will bring mind and body into harmony here.
The large windows let the rooms shine with daylight and offer a dreamlike view of the sea.
There is a bus connection from Prines to Rethymnon. A car is recommended to explore the wonderful surroundings.

Built in 2017, this luxury villa is located on the outskirts of the old picturesque village of Prines, about 5 km from the town of Rethymnon. It is approx. 260 sqm in size and was built on an approx. sqm plot.
You can reach the nearest beach after about 5 km. In the village there are taverns and two mini markets. In the village Atsipopoulo, approx. 2 km, there are also mini markets, super markets, excellent bakers and taverns.

| The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March. From April 1st - 06.11. Additional costs are included in the rental price. Electricity is not included in the offer period from 07 November - 07. December. The kw costs 0,45€ extra. The pool heating is not included. It costs per night by arrangement Long term guests please ask for prices. We have been living in Crete since 2004 and maintain our villas ourselves. Key handover, a competent contact person for all questions etc. is on site. We are always available by phone. We are happy to help you book a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You will be expected at the airport, there is no need to queue and wait anywhere. We take care of everything for you in advance. You can then leave the car at the airport. Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or with Visa or Master card. |
