In 2018 we renovated and refurnished the flat. In 2020, the bathroom was redesigned and completely renovated. On the upper floor of a terraced house, equipped with two bedrooms in the attic , bright modern living room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen you can enjoy your holidays. The flat has WLAN. In the living room there is a flat screen TV and a Blue Ray player. Games are ready for you. A second TV is in the bedroom. There is a wooden house in front of the house. You can park bicycles or prams there. The house is lockable. A trolley is already available. Unfortunately, new houses are being built on the meadow behind the property. There may be some construction noise.

Location and surroundings of object
From the balcony you have a direct view of the inland harbour and the dyke. The bakery, indoor swimming pool and restaurant are only 100 metres away. The sandy beach, the centre and the supermarket are about 800 metres away. You can get to your sailing course in the harbour on foot. Or enjoy the view of the dyke and listen to the dyke sheep on balmy But even Hooksiel is not spared new buildings. And now the wonderful wild meadow on the neighbouring property no longer exists. The "Hookser Perle" is taking shape and you can expect construction noises during the day. In twenty minutes you can be in Wilhelmshaven by car. There you can visit the magnificent rose garden in bloom in June. Horumersiel, the large beach of Schillig and Jever with its beautiful pedestrian zone can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Our flat is located on the 1st floor of the house. You can reach the two bedrooms via a spiral staircase in the attic. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge. You can use the second TV in the bedroom.
