Country house Baringo is a spacious and high-quality furnished wooden house with an area of approx. 140 square metres spread over 2 floors. It also has a wonderful conservatory with direct access to the garden. The slightly sloping location offers a fantastic, unobstructed view over the Central and Limestone Alps. Baringo is very quietly located in the centre of 4 large ski areas and 2 bathing lakes, the Zeller See and the Ritzensee. The cosy living-dining room with a size of approx. 50 sqm is equipped with a tiled stove, cable TV, WLan/Wifi, CD player and radio. In the fully equipped open-plan kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, etc. Four bedrooms, two with balcony. 3 bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 extra beds possible. 3 bathrooms of which 1 ensuite bathroom. 3 toilets including 1 separate WC. The covered terrace and the garden with garden furniture and barbecue invite you to relax with a fantastic view.

Cancellation terms:
The down payment for the house is 40%. Please pay this within 7 business days. The remaining payment of 60% is due 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation of the booking, there will be no refund of the amount. A refund of the payment is only made if an equivalent booking occurs for the booking period. If a lower rent is achieved, this will be deducted from your payment; that is, the difference between the actual rent achieved and the rent set for you will be invoiced to you. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to eliminate any risk.

As an Austrian/Dutch family, we have always had an affinity for the Leogang-Zell am See-Saalbach Hinterglemm region. That's why our houses are also located in this 4-season area. Swimming, skiing, hiking, golfing, mountain biking etc., everything can be realised very quickly. All the houses are fantastic, quiet, well situated and furnished with a lot of love and taste. Each house is slightly different. It is very important to us that our guests feel at home. The holiday weeks are some of the best weeks of the year.
