Description
Our farm offers space for a maximum of 10 people on 2 floors.
On the 2nd floor there are 5 rooms, 4 of which are double bedrooms, one of which is a children's room. In each room there is a washbasin, shower and WC are separately located in the corridor. The children's room and two of the double bed rooms have a shared balcony, the two remaining double bed rooms have a skylight.
On the 1st floor there is a small kitchen. In the kitchen the following devices are at your free disposal:
Hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, bread cutter, radio
The dishes can be used free of charge.
Other features include a large lounge with dining table, a beautiful wood stove with glass door, 2 sunbathing lawns and a television. The lounge is also located on the 1st floor and has access to the balcony and a small terrace with barbecue possibility.
The whole house including the outside areas has free WLAN. The rooms are heated with central heating.
In front of the house there is enough parking space available.
On our farm live beside our cats also rabbits and calves, all of them are very sweet and also in summer on the farm.

The Pölterhof is located in the front Zillertal approx. from Fügen. In summer and winter we can be reached via well maintained roads. The location is quiet but still central.

- Mayrhofen = Penken/ Ahorn/ Rastkopf/Eggalmbahn with 45 lifts and 142km of slopes
- Gerlosstein/ Ramsberg = Hainzenberg with 5 lifts and 10km of slopes
- Hintertux glacier with 20 lifts and 60km of slopes
There are also 14 toboggan runs, an adventure thermal baths, ice skating rinks, numerous cross-country skiing tracks, ski tours, opportunities for snowshoe hikes, ice climbing, paragliding and snowtubing
Also always summer there are many possibilities for activities
Bike & mountain bike tours, 10 summer mountain railways, numerous hiking possibilities, reservoirs, high ropes courses, golf course, mini-golf courses, climbing gardens, numerous outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, lakes, paragliding possibilities, canyoning, rafting, tennis courts, amusement park, adventure playground, archery range, horse and carriage offers, alpine pasture driving in autumn.
The Achensee can be reached in about 30 minutes and can serve as a starting point for many summer and winter offers.

Quiet location.
Our 2 dogs could move freely.
Everything easily accessible by car.
Very nice and friendly hosts.
Clean and well-maintained.
Rustic warmth from the wood stove in the common room.
Good kitchen equipment.

We keep coming back :)
We have been coming to this accommodation for years, multiple times a year. We love this large, well-equipped accommodation. The family is super friendly and always helpful. The dogs can run around, and the kids can too. We can recommend the accommodation 100%, but only if we are not there ? Yours, the Lindemann family.

Beautiful and child-friendly vacation
We had a very nice vacation at the accommodation.
Our children had plenty of space to play, both outside and inside. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
There was fresh milk from the cows on the farm every day.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the appliances/utensils one needs.
