Description
The approx. 50 sqm flat is located on the 1st floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room.
It can accommodate 5 persons. Comfortable seating furniture is also available for this flat on the terrace. Access to the terrace is via the entrance area.
Cot, bed guard, high chair and toddler seat group are available and will be provided free of charge if required.
The equipment includes a kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, spices, internet radio and dressing table.
WLAN and TV via SAT are of course included.

We are very open and helpful and always try to fulfil your wishes. We have taken over the farm in autumn 2019. Böhne is a district of Rathenow and is located about 5 km from the city of Rathenow.
The property is located directly on the water-bearing Königsgraben, which flows into the Havel after about 500m to the east. A wide variety of small animals and bird species can be observed along the Königsgraben. Furthermore, the Königsgraben invites you to go canoeing and fishing
In Böhne and the surrounding area there are several different bathing spots on the Havel.
In Böhne, it is about an 8-minute walk to the Havel and the bathing area.
Depending on the season, cows on the pasture can be watched from the window.
The Havel cycle path passes directly by the property.
In the town of Rathenow there are enough shopping facilities and medical care available.

| One child from 0-2 years is free of charge. For 2-3 children aged 0-2 years, one night costs 10,00 € for all children. For children / teenagers from 3-17 years we charge 10,00 € per night. For pets we charge 10,00 € per night, but only up to a maximum of 50,00 €. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Shorter stays are only possible after consultation and for an extra charge. |

On request, small barbecues, small campfires, supply of drinks etc. are possible. Cleaning of the barbecue by the landlord is charged with 10,-EU.

A table tennis table, sun loungers, sandpit, board games, games table (pinball), Lego, building blocks etc. are available free of charge. The garden area invites both relaxation and physical exercise with a football goal, table tennis, sandpit, badminton, basketball net, sun loungers, balls and beach chair.
Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure should be by 10 am. Other times only by arrangement with the landlord.

A lovely holiday in the Havelland
We had a wonderful vacation in this fully equipped holiday apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The equipment is new and the beds are dreamy. There are lots of play options for the children both inside the house and in the garden. Among other things, there is a soccer goal and a fire pit which we used for making bread on a stick. Berlin is also easily accessible. We had a day including a boat trip on the Müggelsee and a visit to the zoo. We spent time visiting the television tower and Olympic stadium. Rathenow, with a variety of shopping options, is only 5 kilometers away. We went swimming and fishing in the Havel. Unfortunately, our vacation passed by too quickly, and we would love to come back.

Very nice accommodation
We had a wonderful week with the Schulz family. The Enzian holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired
Tastefully furnished, everything you need is there. It is also great that a separate part of the terrace can be used for each holiday flat
In the house there is a large variety of board games and children's toys, in the garden there are vehicles for children, sandbox etc
The Schulz family is extremely friendly and always has an open ear for their guests

Great holiday apartment in a beautiful area
Cozy and lovingly furnished holiday apartment, the small kitchen has everything you need. Insect screens on all windows! Large outdoor area. Perfect for families with children as there is plenty of space for them to run and play. Lots of games and toys available for indoor and outdoor use. The three-sided courtyard is located directly by the road, but it is not very bothersome. Otherwise, it is surrounded by nature. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated and care about the well-being of the guests. Additionally, there is a great playground in Böhne with a toy box. The bathing spot in Böhne is also really nice.

Modern holiday apartments especially suitable for large families and friends.
The holiday apartments have been freshly renovated and very well equipped. We rented both apartments on the 1st floor as a large family and found the space in between with a large table particularly suitable for dining and sitting together in bad weather. On the large grounds, there are numerous seating areas and a large grill for each apartment. The very friendly landlord immediately responded to all requests. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again if the journey from southern Germany were a bit shorter.

Welcome to the Westhavelland! In autumn 2019, we moved to the Vierseitenhof in Böhne. We have modernised and extensively equipped the four holiday flats. Two holiday flats ("Kuhschelle" / "Gänseblümchen") are on the ground floor and two other holiday flats ("Enzian" / "Mohnblume") are on the ground floor. The holiday flats are each separated by a hallway area. We have created additional seating in the hallway areas. In the lower hallway area an additional kitchen is integrated, with dishes, dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine and chilled drinks (cash register of confidence). We very much want every guest to feel at home with us and to be able to relax properly. Sincerely yours family Schulz
