The approx. 42 sqm flat is located on the 1st floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room
One bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed.
It can accommodate 4 (5) persons.
The equipment includes a kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, spices, internet radio and dressing table
WLAN and TV via SAT are of course included.
Cot, bed guard, high chair and toddler seat group are available and can be provided free of charge if required.
A covered terrace with comfortable seating furniture ensures a dry stay outdoors at any time of the year, where you can also smoke
A charcoal barbecue is available.
We are very open and helpful and always try to fulfil your wishes. We have taken over the farm in autumn 2019. You are welcome to view our reviews as of September 2019 at Google-Pension am Königsgraben (website). Reviews before September 2019 are no longer relevant after change of ownership and modernisation.

Böhne is a district of Rathenow and is located about 5 km from the city of Rathenow.
The property is located directly on the water-bearing Königsgraben, which flows into the Havel after about 500m to the east. A wide variety of small animals and bird species can be observed along the Königsgraben. Furthermore, the Königsgraben invites you to go canoeing and fishing
In Böhne and the surrounding area there are several different bathing spots on the Havel.
In Böhne, it is about an 8-minute walk to the Havel and the bathing area.
Depending on the season, cows on the pasture can be watched from the window.
The Havel cycle path passes directly by the property.
In the town of Rathenow there are enough shopping facilities and medical care available.

| One child from 0-2 years is free of charge. For 2-3 children aged 0-2 years, one night costs 10,00 € for all children. For children / teenagers from 3-17 years we charge 10,00 € per night. For pets we charge 10,00 € per night, but only up to a maximum of 50,00 €. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Shorter stays are only possible after consultation and for an extra charge. |

We waive a deposit so that there are no problems with cancellation on either side in the case of unforeseeable events (e.g. Corona). In this case we would like to ask you to send us a short and quickest possible information. You are welcome to send us an e-mail or simply give us a call.
On request, small barbecues, small campfires, supply of drinks etc. are possible. Cleaning of the barbecue by the landlord is charged with 10,-EU.
Small animals can be accommodated by arrangement with the landlord for an extra charge
A 3-person canoe (25,- € per day ) and bicycles can be rented
A table tennis table, sun loungers, sandpit, board games, games table (pinball), Lego, building blocks etc. are available free of charge. The garden area invites both relaxation and physical exercise with a football goal, table tennis, sandpit, badminton, basketball net, sun loungers, balls and beach chair.
Arrival is possible from 3 pm, departure should be by 10 am. Other times only by arrangement with the landlord.

Pure relaxation
My husband and I spent our first holiday with a dog with our two daughters (teenagers) with the Schulz family. A week that was unfortunately over far too quickly.
The flat is fully equipped and we wanted for nothing. Everything was beautifully clean and modernly furnished/equipped. The location is wonderfully quiet, but you can go shopping in Rathenow in a few minutes. The terrace is so cosy, a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and listening to the sparrows in the courtyard, I enjoyed that immensely. The landlords were so nice and accommodating and always served fresh farm eggs for breakfast, thank you very much.
We will definitely come back

Everything that makes a holidaymaker's heart beat faster
We were completely satisfied. Nice hosts who are happy to help. The flats are all very tastefully decorated, clean and cosy. There is really nothing missing. Whether basic equipment in the kitchen (spices, oil, rubbish bags), games for the whole family, table tennis in the yard, fire basket, lounge. We would like to come back, it was very nice, we had a good time!

Highly recommended
The holiday apartment is located in the small village of Böhne and is highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet break, want to go cycling on the beautiful Havel Cycle Path, or explore the Havel by boat. The nearest shopping facilities are in Rathenow, just a few minutes' drive away. Culturally, there is also a lot to discover. Brandenburg and Tangermünde are highly recommended. Our children also felt very comfortable. Every age group has been taken into consideration. The landlords are very friendly. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very clean. We felt very comfortable and had an excellent rest.

Pure relaxation - for young and old!!!
We (4 children + 4 adults) had wonderful and relaxing holidays in Böhne. The Schulz family is incredibly child-friendly, uncomplicated, and helpful. The holiday apartments along with the furnishings are completely newly renovated. The idyllic courtyard with sandbox, seating areas, table tennis, beach chairs, fire pit, and barbecue made for cozy evenings for us. Within walking distance, a beautiful natural bathing beach on the Havel invites you to swim. Thank you very much again for the great time!!!

Everything new and clean, we felt very comfortable, Mr. Schulz is extremely nice. All the other guests were also nice. It was quiet, clean, beautiful, with attention to detail. Will definitely come back!

Welcome to the Westhavelland! In autumn 2019, we moved to the Vierseitenhof in Böhne. We have modernised and extensively equipped the four holiday flats. Two holiday flats ("Kuhschelle" / "Gänseblümchen") are on the ground floor and two other holiday flats ("Enzian" / "Mohnblume") are on the ground floor. The holiday flats are each separated by a hallway area. We have created additional seating in the hallway areas. In the lower hallway area an additional kitchen is integrated, with dishes, dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine and chilled drinks (cash register of confidence). We very much want every guest to feel at home with us and to be able to relax properly. Sincerely yours family Schulz
