Situated at 1000 meters you will find absolute peace and relaxation in our completely equipped holiday apartment consisting of a living room/kitchen, living/bedroom, bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony and terrace. W-Lan is free for our guests.
The apartment is divided into a kitchen-cum-living room with a cosy dining area, a small kitchenette with electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge and freezer, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and all other necessary utensils.
In the living room you will find a comfortable couch set with a couch that can be extended to a comfortable double bed, a Sat-LED TV set and a shelf wall.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a single bed for children, a large wardrobe and a Sat-LED TV set.
The shower/WC, equipped with a shower cubicle and a washbasin cabinet is right next door.
Cloakroom and built-in closets are sufficiently available in the corridor, from where you can enter all rooms as well as the beautiful view balcony.
Of course you can use the large sun terrace and the garden at any time

Location and surroundings of object
Our apartment is idyllically situated on the sunny side of Steinberg am Rofan with a wonderful view of the Rofan Mountains, the Unnützberg and the whole village. The popular Achensee is about 15 kilometres away and the Tegernsee about 30 kilometres. In the village there are beautiful hiking trails through the woods, to the surrounding alpine pastures and huts. Directly in front of the front door is the entrance to the mountain climb to the 2200 meter high Munich local mountain Guffert. The village is also very popular with mountain bikers as there are routes with all levels of difficulty. In the village there are cross-country ski runs of all levels of difficulty and the Rofan lifts with baby lift and downhill runs for beginners and advanced. The Christlum ski area is about 12 km away. A wonderful alpine golf course is located in Achenkirch, about 10 km away.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Super great
If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it exactly there in the beautifully located holiday apartment. We felt at home, which was also due to the nice landlords. We would love to come back for another vacation.

Best relaxation with a beautiful view
The holiday flat is rustic and has a charming cosy flair with its simple wooden style. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed mattresses of the double bed are excellent! The balcony is narrow (too narrow for breakfast), but we were also allowed to use the terrace
The view of the Rofan from the balcony is sensational. The excursion there was an experience. Wonderful mountain world with a great circular hike! The fantastic Kaiserklamm gorge can also be reached from the house in just a few kilometres. (Road layout rather for robust car drivers)
The village is sparsely populated and pleasantly remote from the hustle and bustle of Lake Achensee. We felt very comfortable in this idyll and had a good rest.
