Description
Located in the Sorpedal (High Sauerland) close to The Netherlands and Winterberg. Ideal for families, groups of friends and clubs between 15 and 30 people. Spacious location in a romantic village with many half-timbered houses. You walk right into the hills and forests from the house. Ski slopes where you will often find snow (snow guns) are nearby. The owner is Dutch.
A group accommodation with cinema in Germany
You have access to an accommodation area with fresh colours. You even have a real bar with professional tap and refrigeration. The idea is for you to do the job of bartender yourself. You may of course bring your own drinks (draught beer can be provided by the owner for a reasonable price). There is a dining and seating area. The sitting area has been extended with a conservatory and through the garden doors you get onto one of the terraces surrounding the half-timbered house. There is an additional TV/cinema room with real cinema seats! You can dine in the dining area and from here you have views over the large garden. Wireless free internet is available everywhere. The spacious kitchen is professionally equipped. By the way, catering by a local caterer is also possible. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom has adaptations for guests with mobility problems (spacious shower). On the first floor are nine bedrooms, each with a modern shower, toilet, washbasin. Next to the group accommodation, facing south-west, is a large Biergarten (terrace) with garden furniture. You can park on your own property. Games for children are available and there is plenty of space outside. In the half-timbered barn next to the group accommodation is a room with table football and a table tennis table. In the garden there is playground equipment, including a trampoline (April-October).
Discover the hilly environment together
Winterberg is 10 kilometers and Schmallenberg is five kilometers away, as the crow flies. The surroundings are forested, mountainous to a height of 850 meters and has many streams and lakes. Several ski slopes in the direct vicinity. You can start your (Nordic) walking trip straight from the accommodation. The famous Rothaarsteig route is near, by the way. The communal spring pool is open from June to September. Going discgolfing with your group in Bad Fredeburg (three kilometers from Niedersorpe) comes highly recommended. The 18-holes golf course in Sellinghausen lies within walking distance. Miniature golf in Bodefeld and Bad Fredeburg. The Hennesee is only 20 minutes away for water sports lovers .
