On the 5th floor of the building "de Zonnehoek" is the spacious and light-flooded apartment 77, directly on the boulevard and with a magnificent sea view. There are cosy restaurants nearby and the centre of Egmond aan Zee is just a few minutes walk away.
From the living room you can enjoy the view of the beach, the sea and the promenade. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. You can also use a wardrobe bed for 2 persons (1,40m) in the living room
You will receive a parking permit for your vehicle. A storage room is available for your bicycles
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons

Lage der Wohnung, Meerblick und Blick auf die Stadt, die Einrichtung, das Mobiliar. Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnbereich ist super, allerdings ist diese Matratze mittlerweile ziemlich durchgelegen. ️ Die Bettdeckenfüllung und Kopfkissen gefallen uns gut und sind von schöner Qualität. Der Aufzug im Haus gefällt uns. Rentals Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar Unkomplizierte Übergabe des Wohnungsschlüssels

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und für meinen Geschmack komplett ausgestattet. Ich habe diese Wohnung schon mehrmals bewohnt und von der Lage her genossen. Es war alles vorbereitet und hatte noch nicht mal Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. War alles gut organisiert. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Man hat auf dem hinteren Balkon am Schlafzimmer die Morgen Sonne und vorne zum Boulevard die Sonne ab zwei bis 3:00 Uhr nachmittags und dann einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Mein Resultat immer wieder!

Die Lage der FeWo, toll! Das Rentals-Team > super! Wir kommen zu Ostern 2024 zurück in eine uns bekannte Wohnung und freuen uns darauf! Die nur 8 Punkte bei SAUBERKEIT: Es war sehr sauber, nur nicht das Geschirr im Schrank - da fehlt die gründliche Reinigung einer Spülmaschine.
