A wonderful apartment. Comfortable and completely furnished.
Apartment 5b is located on the third floor of the Helmduin apartment building on Boulevard.
We rent 4 apartments here. They have a balcony at the front as well as at the back. There is an elevator and a storage room for bicycles
On the boulevard side you have a magnificent view of the beach, the sea and the convivial boulevard
Suitable for max. 4 persons. On arrival you will receive a parking permit from us.

A wonderful apartment. Comfortable and completely furnished.
Apartment layout:
Large living room with open kitchen. Spacious bathroom with bathtub, toilet, urinal and separate shower.
Bedroom with 2 single beds (Boxspring) and single duvets
Bedroom with double bed (Attention: 140x80) and loft bed (200x80)
On the ground floor there is a storeroom where you can store bicycles
On the balcony you can use the balcony furniture
Pets are not allowed
During the summer months you will receive a parking permit from us for the paid parking spaces. At the same time it is possible to store your bicycle safely after consultation.

Es war wieder ein schöner Urlaub mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die See. Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön groß. Auch der Balkon ist super da er überdacht ist und man trotz regen drauf sitzen kann. Die Couch könnte mal erneuert werden da man tief rein fällt. Für ältere Leute daher sehr schlecht das aufstehen ist.

Die Abwicklung der Anmietung war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Einrichtung un der Zuschnitt im Wohnbereich war hell, freundlich und großzügig. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon bzw. dem Wohnzimmer war großartig. Jetzt im Herbst war die Wohnung schön warm. Das Bad war zweckmäßig und mit der separaten barrierefreien Dusche sehr angenehm und sauber. Der separate Abstellraum im Keller war sehr hilfreich! Die Qualität der Betten (Matratzen) war gut. Der Rücken war zufrieden. Es ist eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
