During the warm and quiet summer nights you will find true peace and quiet in the beautiful and private Villa Doriana. It is located in a quiet village, only a few minutes from the beach. A beautiful and well-kept garden has a private swimming pool, comfortable and beautiful sun beds and a charcoal barbecue. A few steps from the pool is the entrance to the living room on the ground floor.
The interior is new, modern, carefully and luxuriously designed. The house is fully equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. The house welcomes you and makes you feel completely relaxed. There are two floors, each with a kitchen, a modern living room, a large bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor also has a covered terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
Labin is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors. You can also enjoy in Istrian taverns with various oils, wine, cheese and ham.

Perfect house, perfect holiday!
Hello,
we spent our summer holiday 2022 in Villa Doriana.
The landlords are very nice and helpful. The house and the pool are as shown in the photos. Both very clean and well maintained. It is really fun to spend the holiday there. The old town of Labin is within walking distance and so are the recommended, secluded, uncrowded beaches. The beach at Rabac is of course more crowded as there are more tourists, but the children have a lot of fun there as there are several water bouncy castles
So always happy to have a holiday at Villa Doriana!

Beautiful holiday
We (4 adults, 2 children) spent a great holiday in Istria in Villa Doriana! The landlady is very nice and helpful and takes care of her guests without being pushy. The house and the pool are very well maintained. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. We didn't want for anything. The house is in a quiet location, you could easily reach the old town of Labin on foot. Various beaches are within easy reach by car. A holiday in the Villa Doriana is really a dream!

A great vacation
We were 3 people and 2 French Bulldogs, so we had the entire house to ourselves. The house consists of 2 apartments. Both were very clean and well-equipped. There is air conditioning only in the upper floor.
The property is well-maintained and the landlords are very nice.
If you arrive with a dog that is not compatible with other dogs, you should know that the landlords live in the rear house and have a dog of their own there. He also came to visit occasionally, but he is a very sweet and mostly he lay on the terrace. All in all, it was a very nice vacation, the house is located in a quiet area and the old town can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, where you can also find a selection of restaurants and small shops.
