The detached villa, renovated in 2006, is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Režanci. The villa is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is located in a small Istrian village, Režanci, not far from Svetvinčenat and only 12 km from the west Istrian coast. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay of up to three people. Wood and stone details dominate the beautifully furnished interior. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car).

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (WiFi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 4 m x 8 m 1.40 m deep).

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 4 km, town centre 7 km. Pula: railway station 25 km and airport 30 km. Main road 2 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 12 km in Adriatic (beach 17 km in Peroj with meadow, gravel, stones, rocks and bathing platforms).

Villa, 2 floors, 2 rooms (including 1 bedroom), 50 sq m, a total of 3 beds (including 1 extra bed), on request additionally 1 child up to 2 years in a cot.

Room
The entrance to your villa is on the ground floor, is covered, and leads via the terrace directly into the living room.
Ground floor: Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 seats), electric hob (ceramic cooktop, 4 rings), dishwasher, fridge (20 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 cot, TV and The baby cot is available on request on site. Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, dining area and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
