Savičenta, district of Štokovci. The villa is located on a 919 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, can be heated, 4 m x 8 m, 1.35 m deep).
