Large villa with two floors, which are connected by an internal staircase, with a covered parking space on the large private property. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The terrace with sea view features a private pool and outdoor shower. Six sun loungers and terrace furniture invite you to relax.

Bringing pets and smoking inside the house is not permitted. The bathing bay of the residential area Cumbre del Sol is only a few minutes away by car. The beaches of Moraira are about 8 km away. It is also only a few minutes by car to Javea with its well-known small bathing bays and the beautiful sandy beach. Shopping facilities and restaurants within the residential area Cumbre del Sol are about 5 minutes away by car, and more restaurants and large supermarkets can also be found on the way to Moraira or Javea.
