Description
Our holiday flat "Lachmöwe" is a three-room flat of approx. 67 sqm. It extends over two levels and is located on the first floor and in the attic of a new holiday house with 4 holiday flats. It is equipped for a stay of 4 persons. For our smallest guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge
The separate bedroom has a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe. The bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
In the converted attic there are two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. In a small, separate room there is enough space for your personal belongings.
Due to the integrated central heating, year-round use is possible.
In the combined living and kitchen area there is a comfortable, large corner sofa
The large flat-screen TV with SAT-TV, a Blu-ray player and a sound system invite you to enjoy your evening entertainment.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the flat.
The kitchen area has an electric oven, a 4-zone induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Crockery and cutlery are provided in sufficient quantity. Toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also part of the equipment.
Our modern bathroom has a large, floor-level shower for pure showering pleasure.
Furthermore, our flat has a separate storage room with some cleaning utensils.
Smoking is not permitted in our holiday flat. However, there is nothing wrong with having a cigarette on the balcony. Comfortable garden furniture is available on the (south) balcony.
Enjoy a wonderful evening here after a sunny day at the beach.
For the bicycles you have brought with you, there is a separate bicycle shed with a 220 V socket. For your car there is a parking space of your own

Location and surroundings of object
The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain. Zingst lies in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park, nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.
There are endless, fine-sand beaches and a unique natural landscape. In spring and autumn, one of the largest crane resting places can be found here.
Very well-developed cycling and hiking trails invite you to go on extensive exploratory tours on foot or by bike. The beach and nature offer peace and relaxation in all seasons.
Every year in May, the environmental photo festival "horizonte zingst" takes place in Zingst. This is an event that is not only talked about, you have to be there.
The location can be described as absolutely central and yet quiet. The pedestrian zone and the harbour are only a few minutes away. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach awaits you in approx. 1000 m. The distance to the Bodden and the harbour is only about 400m.
The approximately 15 km long, fine sandy beach offers enough space for long walks. You can also relax in a beach chair. You can look for shells, build sandcastles or relax in the beach bar at the pier. A swim in the Baltic Sea provides the cooling you've been longing for.
There are countless small shops in the centre. A stroll along the colourful shop windows in the promenade between the pier and the harbour is guaranteed not to be boring. You can then relax in one of the restaurants in the main street.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Top equipment, clean and good location - in a short walk you are on the shopping street. Bakery and Edeka not far away. The beach is a bit further, but not too far. Will gladly come back.

I love this duplex apartment and would gladly book it again. It is lovingly furnished and has top equipment. Both adults and children feel comfortable here. The small storage room for bicycles, wagons, etc., is also great. Everything can be reached on foot or by car - completely uncomplicated. It's a short walk to the beach, but strolling through the shopping street is always fun and easily doable. There are plenty of things to discover and great excursion destinations not far away.

Great apartment in a quiet location.
A very beautiful, spacious apartment over two floors, fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. Well, the beach is a bit further, but the way through the pedestrian zone with many shops is just great. We will definitely come back!
