Description

On the ground floor you find the living and dining room with integrated kitchen. This space (28 m2) is open to the roof ridge and mediated by a pleasant sense of space. Natural wood furniture and natural wood walls radiate cosiness and warmth. A fire in the brick brick fireplace enhances this feeling. Living room and kitchen have plenty for 6 people. From the dining area you step on the spacious, sheltered terrace (SW-location) with adjoining a screened lawn.
Furthermore, on the ground floor next to the shower room and separate toilet, two bedrooms, one with 2 beds (1x2m), the other with a bunk bed (0,90x1,90m).
A spiral staircase leads to the spacious bedroom with a double bed (2x2m) upstairs. This gallery can be separated from lying down living room by a heavy curtain when needed. In all bedrooms is provided for plenty of cupboard space. The floors of our house made of tiles or laminate.
In the small annex of the house is the washing machine. Patio furniture can be found in the garden shed.
The house is habitable all year round (gas central heating in all rooms).

Location and surroundings of object

The house in Frisian style at the end of the holiday park't Zijper Eilant, a commonly referred to as very quiet and well maintained facility, permeated and surrounded by Sloten (small channels). A well-equipped children's playground, a free for you pool and a small boat harbor are available. In addition to our house about 20 meters lying Boat or fishing pier belongs to the channel. A fishing license is located in the house. The car can be parked close to the house. They are supervised by our very good German-speaking managers. Oudesluis, a small village with about 600 inhabitants, is situated between the North Sea and the IJsselmeer (about 8 km to the North Sea). In the village itself you can find a restaurant with lunch, a boat rental trade, a small church with changing exhibitions and concerts. Plenty shopping there in 't Zand (about 3 km), Anna Paulowna (4 km), Schagen (8 km). The nearest beaches are in Callantsoog and Groote Keeten (8 km). Very attractive is the large dune area between Schoorl and Bergen aan Zee. Cities worth seeing in the surrounding area are eg Schagen, Alkmaar, Den Helder and many located on the IJsselmeer places like Medemblik, Hoorn, Enkhuizen. Also Amsterdam and Haarlem are ideal for day trips. Ample information is to provide in our house for you.

High Chair and cot are available. Mini oven, books and games are available. Floors and beds of the House are allergy-friendly equipped. The low note is based on personal experience with own allergies environment for people with allergies. Bed linen, towels and tea towels must be brought. Final cleaning is carried out via the administrator.
