An open, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater for your individual holiday needs. Coffee machine as Senseo Pad machine.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Also all windows are equipped with electric shutters. The two bedrooms are each equipped with double beds measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The bedroom has a double bed. The parking space in the underground garage is quickly accessible via the staircase. The spacious terrace is integrated into the outdoor facilities.

Next year again....
We have been in the great apartment with 2 children for the 2nd year in a row. Nothing is missing. Only the tap of the washing machine is very difficult to operate. The car can be safely parked in the underground garage and everything is easily accessible on foot. We will gladly come back.

superschöne Wohnung
The apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is superbly equipped and you really have everything you need, especially in sufficient quantities. The beach is very close, and over the dike, you are also quickly in the center of Zingst and at the pier. The location of the apartment is pleasantly quiet, and the building itself is not noisy. Everything is great! We only had 2 minor issues. There was no sun umbrella available, and the water tap of the washing machine is very difficult to reach, only with a long arm. Unfortunately, it was tightly closed, so we couldn't open it due to the difficult position and couldn't use the machine. One more suggestion/request: there were many mosquitoes, and insect screens on the two terrace doors in the living room and bedroom would be nice. But all in all, we were really very satisfied and would rent the apartment again at any time and also recommend it to others.

Top Wohnung
Super nice and top modern apartment in a prime beach location right behind the dike! City center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes via the dike.
We didn't miss anything. Very clean. The house is very quiet and not soundproof.
The bread van comes almost to the front door every morning!
