Description

Our exclusive holiday home "Casa Lilian" - with a private jetty of 10 m directly on the fairway and south-facing location - is situated in the marina park of the beautiful former fishing village of Lemmer on the Ijsselmeer. "Casa Lilian" was renovated in 2017 with great attention to detail, now invites you to a relaxing or eventful holiday and is furnished for 4 people.

On the ground floor there is a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen with a 5-burner gas hob. There is also a cooker hood, dishwasher, microwave with oven and a large fridge with separate freezer on site.

The living room with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch and a dining area offers an unobstructed view of the garden area with its own jetty - where your own or a rented boat can lie. From here you can start an exciting journey along the waterways of the whole of Holland or simply fish from the jetty. Also the busy shipping traffic on the Zijlroede (sailing route) can be observed very nicely.

Or, how about a morning jump from the jetty into the fresh water? A bathing ladder will take you back to the shore.

"Casa Lilian" has two bedrooms on the upper floor, each equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm respectively. From these bedrooms you have a breathtaking view over the Zijlroede (sailing route) with its wonderful shipping traffic - navigated by various sailing and motor yachts.

The wardrobe is located in the corridor area of the bedrooms. You will also find a large sideboard for storing your clothes in the large bedroom. Both rooms also have flat-screen televisions with German and international television programmes. The windows must be darkened by opaque curtains, equipped with a high-quality insect screen and allow you to sleep longer relaxed even in summer

A newly designed daylight bathroom with a rain shower is located on the upper floor. Furthermore, a large ceramic washbasin with two large drawers and a large mirror cabinet for your utensils

The guest toilet on the ground floor was also modernly designed and equipped

Of course a fast Internet connection is available to you

In the garden, planted with colourful flowers, you will find a comfortable lounge group with table and sun loungers to relax in

The small supermarket is within walking distance.

A washing machine, a vacuum cleaner etc. are available in the house.

In front of the house there is a 9 m long private parking place. If you arrive with two larger cars, there is another large car park in front of the park.

Location and surroundings of object

The historic town centre of Lemmer is about one kilometre from the holiday home and with its maritime atmosphere invites you to enjoy a stay in the numerous cafes, pubs and good restaurants with outdoor terraces. From here you have a wonderful panorama of the yachts moored there

During the day in Lemmer you will find numerous small stylish shops with clothes, accessories and boat accessories. Of course also grocery stores (including Lidl and Aldi)

The beach is also about one kilometre from the holiday home, right next to the Beach Club, which invites you to an excellent snack with chill-out music on its outdoor terrace. In the evening you can experience a breathtaking sunset.

Also lovers of bicycle tours will get their money's worth. There is a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity.

Cancellation terms:

You will receive a refund of half the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in by 12:00 noon CET (Central European Time). As always sharp

We have now been to this beautiful house for the 4th time, always great, improvements are always being made. Dunja and Mark are super nice, great contact, and put in a lot of effort; you can immediately tell that they want their guests to have a good time. For cleanliness, the house, and Dunja and Mark, I would give 6 stars.

Better doesn't get - Dream house in Lemmer

We spent a beautiful summer vacation in the best weather in Lemmer at the Casa Luna house. One thing we can say for sure: we have never had such a holiday home. So, so great, super equipped, clean, so lovingly furnished, simply fantastic. The communication with Mrs. Nelissen was absolutely warm and friendly. Lemmer itself is beautiful. You can cycle, go boating, stroll (also in neighboring towns - Sneek is beautiful) or simply enjoy the wonderful terrace at the holiday home. We had our own SUP with us - that was great. From our own dock directly into the water. For us, it was an extremely successful vacation and we will definitely come back again :-) Thank you very much to Mrs. Nelissen for everything! ! !

Vacation apartment searched - dream house found

I can truly only agree with the previous speakers. Completely!! The Casa Luna is category dream house. We were there for 1 week and were overwhelmed by the location, the house, the interior design, and the furnishings. There was simply nothing lacking. Additionally, there was the very pleasant contact with Ms. Nellessen. We will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Lemmer.

Ein Traumhaus

We were in Holland for the first time and immediately hit the jackpot with Casa Luna. There was really nothing missing, everything you need for a dream vacation was there. We had never stayed in such a clean holiday home, and the location was simply fantastic. The landlords were extremely friendly and gave us tips for the area. We will definitely come back to Casa Luna for another vacation.

The HAMMER of GOD

The house is amazing, lovingly furnished and every detail has been taken care of. We went with high expectations and they were exceeded, we immediately felt at home. The location is great, the boat is perfect, just the right size. Super clean and very well furnished. The service is amazing, 6 stars! Dunja and Mark are fantastic, after a few messages and 2 phone calls, it felt like we had known each other for years, very friendly and accommodating – simply great. The two want their guests to be happy and do everything for that. Thank you. We will be regular guests and are looking forward to 2 weeks in the summer at your place.

It couldn't be better!!!!

The days between Christmas and New Year are always so boring, so we decided to escape it all with two friends.
The holiday home Casa Luna in Lemmer was perfect for that.
Starting with the contact with Dunja Nellessen, who was always ready, reacted immediately, and her only aim was to make her guests happy and satisfied.
Upon arrival at the holiday home, we were overwhelmed by the cleanliness, the equipment, and the loving decor of the house.
The gas fireplace was amazing!!!!

Conclusion:
Whoever doesn't go there is missing out.

"Beautiful unforgettable vacation."

My husband and I had a few wonderful days here. We lacked nothing! When we arrived, we were already impressed by the surroundings, but when we entered the house, we were totally blown away. Everything was beautifully furnished, very clean and the bedroom is simply fantastic with its view of the canal. We made full use of it and were able to jump into the water from our own terrace, definitely a highlight :) In the evenings, we could sit in the sun and grill for a long time. When it got cooler, we went inside and lit the fireplace... So simply amazing, we lacked nothing. I must say, I haven't felt so at home and comfortable on vacation for a long time. So I can absolutely recommend the accommodation. We will not be the last ones to come. Huge praise also to owner Dunja! A super lovely person who was always approachable. Many, many thanks for everything.

Gladly again

We were three friends in this very beautiful holiday home, which you walked into and felt right at home. It lacks nothing and is super nice and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Perfect accommodation

We are going as a family for a week in the autumn holidays in the house
The communication was excellent, Mrs Nellessen answers very friendly and promptly.

The house is lovingly furnished, perfectly equipped and very clean. You could move right in.
Coffee, tea, spices, washing powder and much more is already available.

Small attentions immediately put you in a good mood on arrival.
Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and as described.

Dream house in Lemmer

I stayed with my girlfriend in this beautiful vacation home for a week! Very nice furnishings. Cleanliness 10 points if possible. Comfortable mattresses. Location, right by the water. The kitchen, a dream. So if you want luxury at a great price, this is the place to be. By the way, the communication with the landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home.

Tolles Haus

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. Casa Luna is a comfortably furnished house with lots of attention to detail. We felt at home immediately. At 29°C, the location right by the water (with a bathing ladder) is simply fantastic! Otherwise, the area is perfect for cycling and then falling into the comfortable bed in the evening. It was our first visit but not the last. We will gladly recommend the house.

Even in bad weather, thanks to the fireplace, one feels very comfortable.

Holiday home of top class

We were welcomed very warmly and well instructed into the top-equipped house with a prime location. We immediately felt very comfortable and spent a super relaxing week there.
The furnishings are modern and harmonious.
From the terrace/jetty, you have a beautiful view.
The beach, center, shops, and restaurants are quickly reachable on foot or by bike.

The holiday home is absolutely recommendable. We will spend our next vacation again at the holiday home Casa Luna.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Luna. The house is idyllically located by the water and is charmingly decorated. We found the house to be super clean and immediately felt at home. Lemmer is a great starting point for beautiful bike tours. The owners are very nice and were always available to us.

Great holiday home in prime location

Beautiful, superbly located, and excellently equipped holiday home. We had a great week in this modern holiday home. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable. You can immediately tell that the landlords have furnished and maintained this house with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is new and very well-kept. Fast Wi-Fi available. Great new bathrooms, superb kitchen, and the fireplace is something very special. We did not miss anything. The view from the house is something special as well. Located directly by the water.
In the summer, the beautiful terrace invites you to linger.
The town of Lemmer is also within walking distance. You can quickly reach the beach or find nice restaurants and cafes, as well as many shopping opportunities in the lovely town.
The town has a very special atmosphere, and everywhere the people were very friendly, open, and welcoming.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the house and the surroundings. Thank you for the all-around support, Mrs. Nellessen, and the great tips for beautiful excursions in the area. We were able to discover a lot.
