Holiday apartment on 2 floors on the Côte d'Azur, Saint Aygulf, Fréjus municipality.
The beach is only about 300 m away and is easily accessible on foot.
The holiday apartment of 90 m², for 2 to 6 people, has 3 large bedrooms and 2 balconies.
Facilities: Armored front door, reversible air conditioning (energy efficient) which cools in summer and heats in winter. Entrance, separate toilet with ventilation, bathroom with tub and shower, sink and ventilation. American kitchen with modern electrical appliances such as refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and espresso machine are available.
The apartment is located on a small one-way side street on the 3rd floor and top floor. An elevator is available.
Parking is available, either directly in front of the house or at the nearby public free parking lot. Or a private parking spot reserved for you, reachable within a 4-minute walk.
Several bakeries, newsstands, supermarkets, banks, boutiques, a weekly market, post office, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
Nostalgic cafes and beautiful beaches invite you to linger. Life pulses here, yet you can still retreat in peace.

Situated between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, Fréjus–Saint-Aygulf reveals a particularly authentic and relaxed side of the Côte d’Azur. Wide fine sandy beaches, protected natural landscapes, historical heritage, and a lively yet laid-back atmosphere make this place an ideal retreat – equally for couples, friends, and families. The Plage des Esclamandes, the largest sandy beach in Saint-Aygulf, is located at the exit of the town towards Fréjus on the Corniche d’Azur and offers ample parking facilities. The beach is harmoniously divided into four areas:
Family beach, nudist zone, kitesurfing area, and dog beach – each section with its own atmosphere and character.
The family-friendly part, located directly by the parking lot, offers sheltered bays with calm water. Further along the Etang de Villepey begins the nudist beach, considered one of the most beautiful and quietest nude beaches in the Var. Nature, spaciousness, and serenity are the focus here.
Next comes the kitesurfing area, which extends to the mouth of the Argens River—a meeting point for athletes and nature lovers. The river also forms the border with Fréjus and the Plage du Pacha beach.
Saint-Aygulf offers over four kilometers of finest sandy beaches. From here, shuttle boats depart that open up the coast and the island world around Porquerolles and the Îles de Lérins from the sea.
A special natural highlight is the Étangs de Villepey, a lagoon landscape of over 260 hectares with extraordinary flora and fauna. More than 260 animal species have been observed here. The nearby Parc Areca complements this nature experience with Mediterranean vegetation, scents of eucalyptus and bamboo – a place of tranquility and sensuality. Saint-Aygulf subtly combines beach, nature, and lifestyle – stylish, relaxed, and authentic.

Very nice stay
We had a very nice vacation, the location of the apartment is top, everything is within walking distance, good amenities, we could sleep very well as the beds were of good quality. Quiet despite being very central. A plus, the market takes place almost at the doorstep. We needed medical help, which was just around the corner. Overall, a great vacation, we will definitely come back. Best regards, Angelika and family.

Hotspot Côte d'Azur
We had a pleasant time in Mrs Kluzak's holiday flat. The flat was spacious, 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, open area for cooking, eating, living. The kitchen was well equipped and of high quality, 2 terraces for sitting or two sun loungers. All rooms were well and individually designed and furnished. Central location, with plenty of shopping facilities , incl. daily fruit and vegetable market, poissonnerie, boulangerie etc. Big market along Av. Du Train de Pignes on Tuesdays and Fridays. The family beach at Saint Aygulf is wide, guarded, no noise, several options for snacks, drinks, ice cream and parking. The location of Saint Aygulf is ideal for exploring the coastal towns and villages of Provence, also by bus or train if required.

Oasis of well-being
The flat is simply super. Starting with the tasteful and high-quality furnishings with visible attention to detail, equipment that leaves nothing to be desired, sensational new electrical appliances and many pictures ranging from extravagant to lovingly whimsical. We were also impressed by the cleanliness. The landlady is very friendly, easy to reach and helpful as soon as necessary. We felt very comfortable and have already booked again.
