Welcome to a comfortable and modern holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 guest toilet, near the beach, the dunes, and the beautiful forest of Noordwijk aan Zee in South Holland.
The family-friendly and child-friendly holiday home offers space for up to 6 people. The open living areas inspire natural gatherings, while the bedrooms promise peace and relaxation. Add many outdoor areas in the garden such as a 60 sqm terrace with a large, 2-meter-long garden table, with deck chairs, a Kogel grill and numerous amenities, and enjoy what you love.
VacationVilla is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, combination oven-microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, coffee set, utensils, pots and pans, bowls, baking dishes, draining board, sieve, cutting boards and knives, bottle and can openers, waffle and sandwich makers, toaster, two coffee machines: with filter and Nespresso, kettle, hand mixer, grill utensils, cheese knives, numerous cooking utensils, first aid kit and much more. For children we have a free high chair and baby bed, children's plates and cups, cutlery, bottle warmer. In addition, we have toys and games, books, children's stool, baby monitor, stair gate, and a safe, fenced, great garden with lots of privacy.
The holiday house is completely fenced with wire mesh. In the parking area and on the side the fence is 180 cm high. On the water side with tall bushes the fence is 60 cm high. Next to the holiday house we have a play tower where children can play for hours. We have a slide, 2 swings for children and 1 swing for babies, a hammock, and a trapeze bar. In addition, we offer outdoor toys, beach toys, a picnic blanket, and a beach wagon.
Free Wi-Fi and the 43" SMART TV with German channels and internet with (your own) Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. are provided.
We offer THREE bicycles for adults free of charge. In front of the holiday home there is a parking space for two cars in a convenient location. It is very practical if you are traveling with children.

Location and surroundings of object
VacationVilla is located in the duin and flower fields region (Duin en Bollenstreek) in a quiet part of a well-maintained holiday park. The entrance to the park is secured by an entry barrier. The holiday park has two small playgrounds for children.
In the neighborhood there are endless hiking and biking trails, beautiful dunes and the 13 km long sandy beach of Noordwijk. Naturist and dog beach is in direct proximity. There are 4 restaurants, an ice-cream parlor, 3 horse stables and 2 bicycle rental shops just 5 minutes walk away. One of the restaurants offers indoor and outdoor playgrounds for children. There is a petting zoo, dwarf path for children and nature reserves with wild animals and birds in the immediate vicinity. Horseback riding trips in the forest, dunes and on the beach are organized daily. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, trampoline park, bowling alley, indoor playgrounds and children's café are only 5 minutes away by car.
Since 1866, Noordwijk has been the internationally renowned flower sea resort in Europe. Noordwijk has a promenade with numerous restaurants, the lighthouse, an old town, the shopping streets and numerous pubs and discos. Throughout the year there are many festivals on the weekends. On the beach there are many beach pavilions also some with playgrounds for children.
The beach (Duindamseslag # 24) can be reached from the house on foot, by bicycle or partly by car. It takes about 25 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike to get to the beach from VacationVilla. There is a free parking lot at the edge of the forest (Randweg), from where the beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot (1000 m) on a asphalt road with a separate bike path. The seasonal beach pavilion De Zeespiegel, the lifeguards and the dog beach are located in this section. The beach is accessible for wheelchair users and prams.
Another beach (Langevelderslag # 27) with parking is located 3 km north of VacationVilla. The beach is 100 meters from the car parking lot. There is a restaurant Nederzandt with a large playground and a pancake shop, an ice cream parlor, a fish and chips restaurant and seasonal shops on this beach. Lifeguards are present during the season. Outside the main entrance to the beach there is also a dog beach.
The beach is accessible for wheelchair users and prams. A hiking trail to the Noordvoort nature reserve begins here.
Fancy a break from the beach? Try the nature and recreation area at Oosterduinse Meer. This lake is located 4 km north of VacationVilla. It can be reached on foot, by bicycle or by car. There is a small beach, a bathing area, kayak and rowboat rental place, a restaurant and a free parking. Hiking trails in the nature with the sounds of chirping birds make it a perfect day outdoors.
In the Spring and Summer the area is very colorful as the flower fields are directly located outside of the holiday park. The world famous Spring park Keukenhof is only 9 km away from VacationVilla. The flower parade of Bollenstreek (from Noordwijk to Haarlem) with beautiful floats is organised every year in April . The Summer flower parade is always organised on the second Saturday of August and goes from Rijsburg via Katwijk to Noordwijk.
Would you like to pick your own tulips, dahlias or other seasonal flowers or take an unforgettable photo with the flowers? It is possible to do it all in De Pluktuin, located 4 km from the Vacation Villa, in Noordwijkerhout.
Are you thinking about exploring big cities during your holiday? The capital city of Amsterdam, the royal city of The Hague, Leiden with the oldest university of the Netherlands and the birthplace of Rembrandt as well as the charming medieval city of Haarlem are perfect destinations for day trips for the whole family. These cities are 20-30 minutes away by car from VacationVilla.
Other famous seaside resorts Zandvoort and Katwijk aan Zee are nearby and are beautiful walking and biking destinations.

Highly recommended!
The furnishings and the house are well maintained and clean. The dunes and the beach were easily accessible for us. The contact was very friendly.

Holiday in November
Our first vacation in the beautiful Netherlands was wonderful. The very beautiful and well-kept accommodation also contributed to this. We would love to come back because we felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing in our holiday home.
