The apartment in the Cala Romantica urbanization is located in the east of the Balearic island of Mallorca.
Palma airport is about 65 kilometers (55 min) away. The nearest larger town is Porto Cristo (8 km). There, in addition to numerous clothing and souvenir shops, there are also weekly markets.
In the immediate vicinity are also the bays Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. These invite both for swimming and for a stroll through the souvenir shops. There are also smaller supermarkets here. However, for a larger shopping trip, it is more worthwhile to go to Porto Cristo or Manacor (14 km).
You will find restaurants both in the settlement and on the beach of Cala Romantica, as well as in the neighboring towns.
The bay of Cala Romantica is a beautiful bathing bay with crystal clear water and a sandy beach. The supervised beach offers gastronomy and loungers with sunshades (for a fee). A wooden walkway leads from the parking lot over the beach to the sea, so that the path is no problem even with a stroller. Showers and toilets are also available on the beach.
