Spacious and luxurious holiday home for 2 to 4 persons, equipped with all luxury and comfort (built 2016/2017). The cosy living room with sliding doors to the sun terrace has a sitting area, flat screen TV, dining area, modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven/microwave and filter coffee machine and also a Nespresso machine. Upstairs there is: a bathroom with toilet furniture, 2nd toilet and rain shower
Additional 2 separate bedrooms, 1 with double box spring (dim. 160x200). The other bedroom has a sofa bed (80x200) from which a 4th bed can be pushed. A baby bed and high chair are available on request. WLan is of course available. The house is intended for 2 adults and 2 children. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This holiday home is located in a quiet area, only a few minutes walk from the beach and the centre

Zoutelande is a cosy village on the beautiful peninsula of Walcheren, which lies in the province of Zeeland. In 2013 the village was judged by the public to be the best seaside resort in the Netherlands. It has the only beach located in the south, in the Netherlands, and is therefore called the Zeeland Riviera. The weather in Zoutelande is on average better than in the rest of the Netherlands. Due to its favourable location, the temperature in Zoutelande is always a few degrees higher than in other coastal towns.
Zoutelande is a seaside resort for the whole family. It offers a wide range of facilities for tourists. Directly behind it and on the beach the dunes/the promenade, the terraces, the shops, pubs and restaurants are waiting for you.
In the immediate vicinity of Zoutelande, you can go for lovely walks and bicycle rides. Especially the area along the dunes is worth a visit. But you can also visit the beautiful historic towns of Middelburg and Veere.

Everything is great in Zoutelande.
From arrival to departure, everything was great. Nice landlords, great accommodation. Not far to the beach. I recommend the accommodation 100% and would book again. We like the Dutch hospitality in a comfortable accommodation.

After a while away from studies and work we - Rob and Sandra de Witte - are back home in our beautiful Zoutelande. Together with our boys Thomas (11) and Tijs (9). In 2017/2018 we have built a new house in a quiet neighborhood tienden II. Less than 400 metres from the village centre and beach. For some time we have been welcoming our guests here in our beautiful summer house. You are also very welcome!
