Super beautiful week in Zoutelande

We had a very nice week in the small holiday home. The beach and town center are very close. We used the two available bicycles every day (we had bicycle bags with us, highly recommended). The hosts are very nice and the house is in top condition and modern and tastefully decorated. Everything is available in the kitchen. We would love to come back at the next opportunity ?.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus

We spent a very nice weekend in the cozy holiday home. We were very happy about the small decorated Christmas tree and the attentions of the friendly landlords. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful, quiet location in a new housing area, ample parking available. We would love to come back.

Tolles Ferienhaus

The holiday home is cozy and very clean. The bathroom is modern and the kitchen well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Upon our arrival, there were fresh flowers, chocolate, and a welcome greeting on the table. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We had a great time in Zoutelande and would book the holiday home again at any time.

Beautiful location in the newly developed area. Very beautiful and well-maintained, modern holiday apartment. The landlord was very nice and helpful. He was always available for questions.

Beautiful holiday home, including a great time

The holiday home is located in a quiet new residential area and is well equipped. Zoutelande and the beach are within walking distance. We, along with our 6-month-old daughter, had a wonderful vacation and felt very comfortable. The host family is very friendly and always available for questions. We gladly recommend the house and will come back.

Beautiful, quietly located little house in the Flims mountains.

The cottage is located in a traffic-calmed new residential area of Zoutelande, about a 7-minute walk from the beach. Approximately 200 meters away, there is a beautiful new playground for children. Inside the cottage, you will find everything you need. The host is very friendly and easily reachable. We had a great time in Zoutelande with our 14-month-old daughter, we didn't miss anything. We would book the cottage again.

A very nice vacation

The holiday home is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is located in a quiet new housing development but very central. It was great that the bicycles were included in the rental. The landlord family was very nice and always reachable if any questions arose.
A wonderful vacation. We can recommend the house 100% and would love to come back.

Toller Urlaub

The house is newly built and has everything you need for a vacation in a small space. There is even a crib and a high chair available. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, a personal card, and chocolate. The landlord is very nice and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable.

Room for improvement

We were very nicely welcomed by the owner. Flowers, sweets, and a nice card were on the table as a greeting, which was really very thoughtful :-)
However, the living room furniture, like the sofa and armchair, were a bit uncomfortable. As a result, we spent as little time there as possible.
Having the washing machine in the living and dining area does not make it very cozy.
The new bathroom looked really great. Unfortunately, one had to interrupt showering three times to let the water drain properly, only realizing halfway through that half the bathroom was flooded. It would have been nice in the sleeping area upstairs if the ventilation pipes from the bathroom had been covered. Also, the stairs were very steep and slippery due to being varnished, which could be dangerous for older people.

We felt very comfortable, a modern yet cozy cottage. Beach and city center within walking distance. Can only recommend it.

Highly recommended

The house is chic, everything is new, tastefully furnished and super clean.
Only the radiators were a bit noisy and another hanging shelf in the kitchen for storing food would be great.
But we would still rent it again and again. The price/performance ratio was unbeatable.

Excellent new holiday home in quiet surroundings near beach and dunes

We (couple, 2 persons) rented the holiday home to explore Zealand and enjoy the dunes, the beach and the ice cream parlours of Zoutelande in the evening. The house is new, beautiful, clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. We prefer to prepare our own food and the small kitchen with induction cooker provides the perfect opportunity (but there are plenty of restaurants in the village when you prefer to go out for dinner). The furnishing of the house is good (the TV also has the many German channels). There is a spacious bathroom. The house is located in a quiet residential area. It is easy to walk to the dunes, beach and village. There are supermarkets and bakeries in the village. From Zoutelande we could easily drive to Vlissingen, Middelburg and on to Walcheren, South Beveland and via the Oosterscheldekering elsewhere in Zeeland.

Great vacation, bad weather

We had a great vacation at your place and felt very comfortable in the cottage. You are very nice landlords, young and with a child. Everything was great this time, except the weather didn't cooperate. Unfortunately, that's out of our control. All in all, 5 stars. We would love to come back!

Nettes, kleines Ferienhaus

The nice, small holiday home is modernly furnished. The landlord is very friendly. Communication worked perfectly from the inquiry to the departure. Zoutelande has a great beach and is a great starting point to explore Walcheren by bike. Our vacation was very enjoyable and we would love to come back.
