With a length of 2.8 km, it is one of the longest lakeside promenades in the Mecklenburg Lake District and invites you to take a leisurely stroll. The Müritz, often incorrectly called Müritzsee, is Germany's largest inland lake with an area of 117 km². The name "Müritz" comes from the Slavic (Morcze) and means "small sea". The Müritz is surrounded by many small and medium-sized towns. The most important of these are Waren, Röbel, Klink, Mirow and Sietow. All of these places are connected by the "Müritz cycle path". However, you don't necessarily have to cycle or hike around the Müritz in one day. In many places, holidaymakers can board a boat and be dropped off at their home port. Not far from Röbel(Müritz) is the village of Bollewick with Germany's largest rock barn. Many old crafts are on display here. There is also always a farmers' market here. Right next door is another superlative. The 5-hectare "Müritz corn maze". Fun for young and old.
The picturesque small town with just under 6000 inhabitants is located directly on the Müritz and can be recognised from afar, whether you arrive by land or water. A view from the tower of St Mary's Church leaves every visitor with a lasting impression of the magnificent landscape in which the town is embedded. The tranquil harbour and one of the most beautiful, completely renovated lakeside promenades in the country, with its many colourful, restored half-timbered houses and the two striking brick churches, offer guests a variety of opportunities to enjoy a relaxing holiday in beautiful countryside and unspoilt nature. The town on the lake is not only a paradise for water hikers, campers, hikers, anglers and bathing enthusiasts; more and more cyclists are exploring the diverse landscape around Germany's largest inland lake on the various well-developed local, regional and international cycle paths. Successful Vacation

The house looks very inviting and well-maintained from the outside. The impression is even stronger inside. Everything is very clean and also very well-kept. The furnishings are of high quality, and the amenities are well thought out, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. The rooms are generously sized. I can wholeheartedly recommend this vacation home and would gladly stay here again for a holiday.
