Beautiful sunny holiday home with 4 bedrooms and 121 sqm living space (usable area 148 sqm), large west-facing balcony, large west-facing terrace and garden near the beach. Underfloor heating, gas fireplace and sauna make you feel at home, W-LAN is available free of charge, 5 TVs are available.
Our holiday home is only 350m away from the 11 km long, white and fine sandy beach at the Schaabe as well as m from the Breeger Boddenlandschaft. The Juliusruh Park starts right next door. A beautiful children's playground with sports field is only 150 m away. It is only 9 km to the beautiful, unspoilt, approx. 10 km long Wittower sandy beach on the north coast of Rügen and to the chalk cliffs of Cape Arkona. Surfers and kite surfers will find what they are looking for in Wiek on the Wieker Bodden, 6 km away.
From the harbour in Breeg, trips are offered to the island of Hiddensee and to the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek, as well as tours of the Bodden
The garden with lawn (100 sqm) invites you to play, sunbathe and barbecue. The property is enclosed with hedges. Barbecuing is allowed
On the terrace there is a large table with parasol, six chairs and two sun loungers. In summer you can sunbathe on our terrace or on the balcony until o'clock.
On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find the large living and dining area, the kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC, shower and hand basin
The following appliances are available in the kitchen:
Dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
In the bay window of the living room there is a large dining table for six people.
In the living room there is a large, very comfortable leather couch, an armchair and the gas fireplace.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as the second bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin, large sauna and washing machine
In the converted cosy attic there are two single beds. Here children have their own cosy realm to play and cuddle
There are flat-screen TVs in the living room and in all four bedrooms.
A high chair and a cot for children up to 3 years are available free of charge.
Internet via W-LAN is available free of charge.
There is a free parking space on the property. Another free car parking space assigned to our property is approx. 40 m away. A Real supermarket and numerous restaurants are about a 5-minute walk away.
