WELCOME TO THE HOLIDAY RESIDENCE "AM SALZHAFF"!
In our holiday residence you will find three architect-designed houses, each with 8 spaciously designed holiday apartments. The family-friendly and close-to-nature holiday apartments for 2-6 people (with one or two bedrooms) offer a direct view of the Salzhaff from your own terrace or balcony.
2-ROOM HOLIDAY APARTMENT FOR 2-4 PEOPLE WITH 48 SQM LIVING SPACE IN THE ATTIC WITH BALCONY. Very comfortable, family-friendly and cozy with a view of the Salzhaff.
Fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, living/dining area, separate bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower and washing machine. An extra bed for two people in the living room is possible (double sofa bed).
Free Wi-Fi, radio/CD, TV.
Each apartment has a carport parking space with a lockable storage area for your bicycles or surfboards. On the spacious, sunny property there are also two beautiful children's playgrounds, a soccer field, and a barbecue area with seating group.
We offer a bread roll service (seasonal).
A linen package (bed linen and towels) can be pre-ordered from us.
The holiday residence has several apartments, therefore the occupancy calendar only shows "occupied" when all apartments of this type are rented. Not perfect, but very good
First the negative. Unfortunately, during the week, there was also a group of about 15 people here who seemed to think they had rented the entire property. Loud shouting, phone calls below the bedroom from half past 7 in the morning, noisy parties... well, the landlord can't help it. It's incomprehensible why these 3 dirty carpets are in the storage room. The WiFi is terrible, not even able to stream music. The stop button on the toilet flush is broken. The apartment is mostly clean... but the curtain rods and the top of the bedroom closet need to be dusted more frequently. Especially thick dust on the curtains. Also, a lot of dust under the slatted frames and behind the washing machine (hose). A paradise for dust allergy sufferers. I still give 5 stars because the rest is simply great. Spacious complex, 1 playground, soccer field, grill, private parking, private bike storage (we had 3 bikes for free. Excellent. ) , very well-equipped apartment (washing machine, dishwasher, sufficient dishes, pots). On request, Frau Stubbe even provided us with an additional pot. By the way, the lady is very dedicated and super friendly. TV and mini stereo system are also available. Everything is well-maintained and if there are no groups around, it's an incredibly beautiful spot to chill and relax. From the balcony, you can always keep an eye on the children as well as the Salzhaff. Bread delivery service available. Not far to the beach by bike. Great location. Just a small tip on the side... in the season, not worth going to Edeka... pure chaos... better go to REWE in Neubukow and there's even an egg vending machine on the way there. (Thanks to Mrs. Stubbe for the tip) Keep it up and fix the little things, then the holiday residence will see us again.

Best relaxation in a great holiday flat
We spent 2 wonderful weeks here, the flat was very nice, we lacked nothing. The balcony has a beautiful view, the view goes all the way to the Salzhaff. The furnishings are cosy and of high quality, the kitchen had everything, including a dishwasher. Nice location in the middle of the greenery, great starting point for cycling and excursions in the area. Very nice guest service on site. We would definitely recommend it to others, we will definitely come back.
