Ferienchalet Wiki - A little paradise on Lake Constance!

The FERIENCHALET WIKI is situated in the middle of the FERIENWOHNPARK Immenstaad in a beautiful, sunny location. Lake Constance and the community of Immenstaad are only a stone's throw away (approx. 3 minutes by car).

A comfortable stay for up to 4 persons awaits you in the holiday home. At your disposal are: 2 separate bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 kitchen-cum-living room with new, fully equipped kitchenette incl. dishwasher, 1 modern shower room, 1 pretty open-air terrace with well-kept lawn + garden house with bicycle storage (lockable). Since 2018: Free WLAN, new floor coverings, new bedroom furniture (SZ1), modern bathroom with open shower, new EBK.

Our extras: The car parking space is free of charge for 'Wiki guests'. 1 set of linen per guest (bed linen, hand and shower towels) as well as tea towels etc. will be provided free of charge. Starter package with rinsing tabs, hygiene articles on your arrival we welcome you with a small + delicious welcome surprise :-)

Geographically optimally positioned, you have the best conditions from the holiday chalet Wiki to get to know the impressive Lake Constance landscape in all its diversity. Numerous museums, castles, palaces and highlights, such as the Bregenz Festival (lake stage!) Wonderful beach and open-air swimming pools, thermal baths and all kinds of boat rentals. In addition, cycling, hiking, golf, boat trips, sailing, climbing in the adventure park, the monkey mountain Salem, Mainau Island, Meersburg, Lindau, the Pfaender and much more. We have detailed brochures available for you in our house. Numerous inns and wine taverns with international and local specialities invite you to enjoy the end of the day in the nearby holiday resort of Immenstaad on Lake Constance. And if you prefer to look after yourself, shopping facilities with a small supermarket and bakery are very close by at 'WIKI'. So the anticipation of relaxing holiday moments can start right away!

A wonderful vacation

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent a wonderful week in the holiday chalet Wiki.
Mrs. Fischer personally welcomed us on-site with a welcome drink and showed us the house. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, and there are nice touches everywhere. My children were very happy about the cuddly toys and toys that were provided. There are many flyers with excursion tips available, and Mrs. Fischer even took the effort to look up current events in the area for us. We lacked nothing in terms of equipment. There is a private parking space right next to the house and a small shed for storing strollers (or also bicycles). Unfortunately, due to the weather, we could not properly use the beautiful terrace and the adjoining garden. The location was also perfect for us. The house is located in a very quiet area within the holiday park. There are several small playgrounds around, and you can reach the lake in about 10 minutes on foot. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the bakery and a small supermarket. We felt very comfortable and thank Ms. Fischer for the great stay.

Beautiful accommodation by Lake Constance.

We really enjoyed it. Everything was very lovingly furnished. It was very clean and everything we needed was available. Very friendly landlady and very helpful. We will definitely spend our next holiday again at Ferienchalet Wiki.

Rarely felt so well

We had a wonderful holiday in the Wiki Ferienchalet. It began with such a friendly welcome that we had never experienced before. A welcome drink and a tour of the apartment were also new to us. Afterwards, we received various information about the house, the way to the town and the lake, shopping opportunities, etc. Even information about current events in the town was considered, so that we were able to visit the wine festival on the same day after unpacking. We immediately felt very comfortable with this hostess and in the beautiful house. All furnishings are in very good condition and nothing is missing. Everything is clean and well-maintained. We particularly appreciated that bringing dogs and smoking were prohibited. The outdoor facilities are beautifully landscaped and maintained by the hostess herself. Our bicycles could be securely locked away (shed in the garden). The parking space for the car was perfectly located and reserved for us only. The Wiki Ferienhaus is very quiet, here you can really relax. We started our bike tours from the Wiki every morning. With the bike, you can reach the town in 3 minutes and the lake in 4 minutes. A heartfelt thank you to you, Mrs. Fischer. Your friendly, caring, attentive, yet unobtrusive manner contributed to a holiday that we will gladly remember. Yes, we liked it so much that we have already agreed to come back next year. We are looking forward to seeing you again and can highly recommend this house (and Mrs. Fischer) to anyone interested.

Beautiful holiday home.

The landlady takes a lot of time for her guests and hands out helpful information material. Very good location for excursions. Approx. 10 min walk to the swimming pool.

Super nice holiday home

We really spent a lovely week at Lake Constance. Mrs Fischer is a very nice landlady who lovingly takes care of her guests. The holiday home is beautifully furnished with a lot of love, everything has been thought of. The garden is a dream in contrast to the other gardens. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the holiday home.

Wundervoll

Glorious and unique

This holiday chalet we (my husband and I) have rented several times. It is simply unique: the facilities, the cosiness, the small garden, the location, the cleanliness, and the small loving decorations in and around the house. It's always a pleasure to stay there. For us, it's our second home. The hardworking fairy (landlady) who is behind all of this has become very dear to us over time. She takes care of her guests with advice and action and is a loving and touching person.
The addition to all of this is Lake Constance with its beautiful landscape.
Simply.... highly recommended.

Holiday chalet Wiki Bodensee

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a very beautiful, well-kept garden. The landlady was very friendly and could be contacted at any time, this was also expressed by small "attentions" (e.g. welcome gift).
