The high-quality and fully equipped kitchen invites you to create culinary experiences with family or friends, and the large dining table creates the perfect atmosphere for long evenings with good conversations.
You will spend your nights in bedrooms designed as private retreats. Two luxurious master suites with spacious bathrooms offer you a sense of exclusivity and tranquility that you will especially appreciate after a day in the sun. Each room is furnished so that you feel welcome right away.
Outdoors, the focus is on the experience. The heated saltwater pool and the whirlpool create a place where relaxation and ease take center stage. Guests can lie in the sun here while gazing over the wide canal, or let themselves drift in the warm water under the starry sky in the evening. A BBQ area is available for social gatherings, making evenings special experiences.
Especially for families and active guests, the nearby Sands Park is a real highlight. Here there are sports facilities for all age groups – tennis, pickleball, basketball, or putting green – as well as playgrounds and barbecue areas. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

We cannot say enough about this property! We started a 21 day trip spending the first 9 days at this location...all others we've stayed at before and from now on will be compared to Coral Villa. The absolutely gorgeous home is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities expected and then some. The home has truly been cared for. The large patio, lanai, pool and spa was perfect. The 2nd floor master suite and bath gave us a view we couldn't absorb enough. The other sleeping quarters gave everyone their privacy and own space to relax which was the perfect situation for our group. As we will be visiting Cape Coral in the future, we only hope this property is available when we plan our next trip.

Beautiful Home!
This house is beautiful well equipped. Although it was just my husband and I, it would be a perfect house for families or several couples because of the two master suites. CoralVilla homes are all great! We have now rented from them 5+ times.
