Description
Our holiday home covers a total of 145m² on 3 floors and invites you and your family and friends to spend a few cosy and carefree days here in cosy and comfortable surroundings.
The large garden with a great children's playground can be accessed directly from the house, is fenced in and is reserved just for you.
We have equipped your holiday home with everything that families and friends need for a "holiday". You also have free WiFi everywhere ;-)
We provide you with the basic equipment (such as dishtowel, kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, tabs and from October to April firewood incl. lighter).
On the ground floor, next to the hallway, there is a cute bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower, natural light and washing machine.
The first floor is "for living and living"! Here you will find the spacious living room with fireplace and smart TV as well as the dining area with large dining table and space for up to 8 adults and small holiday guests.
Our spacious kitchen is equipped with all the essentials (such as a large fridge, microwave, oven and induction hob) as well as several useful "small kitchen appliances". Here you can "muddle around" with a view of the garden.
On the first floor, you can relax and enjoy yourself in three lovely bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub and large rain shower.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a large double bed (180x200) and TV
The third bedroom is a passage room (to one of the (parents') bedrooms) and is furnished with a bunk bed.
A cosy reading and playing corner is located on the adjoining gallery of this floor.
We have equipped both staircases in the house with staircase protection blinds, which "block" the way to the stairs for our little guests if necessary.
If required, we can also provide you with a playpen.
At this point, we would like to mention that the outdoor area of our holiday home has been completely "spruced up" again in spring and we can now offer all summer amenities (such as a barbecue and fire basket) as well as a great children's playground in addition to a sun terrace with seating furniture, loungers and parasol as well as an outdoor table tennis table.
At the same time, we would like to point out that if required and available, our e-holiday homes "Antonia" (object 174183) and "Jonathan" (object 348531), both located on the same property, can also be booked. "Antonia" is also happy to welcome "fur noses" and has room for 2 and also a dog kennel. "Jonathan" offers space for 6 guests and has a sun terrace, veranda, fireplace etc..

In the immediate vicinity, the dreamy Stieger See lake invites you to take a walk around it, around 500 km of hiking trails can be explored almost directly behind the house, and several other excursion destinations (Pullman City Harz in Hasselfelde, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg with their historic and pretty old towns, the Baroque Gardens in Blankenburg, the "legendary" Bodetal valley in Thale, the Rübelander stalactite caves and so much more) can be reached quickly and easily.
At the Wendefurth Dam (approx. 8 km), "Harzdrenalin" provides extraordinary thrills with the Titanum RT, the longest suspension bridge of its kind, wallrunning at the dam wall and the double rope slide over the abyss of the dam.

For arrival by car, our guests have a parking space in front of the house as well as a garage parking space if required.
On arrival (from October to April), a basket of firewood is at your disposal.
We are happy to provide you with a hotel-quality linen package (including made-up beds).
Arrival is possible from 4 p.m., departure until 10 a.m. or on request earlier or later, if possible ;-)
The rental price per day refers to 4 persons. For each additional person we charge an extra fee of 15 EUR/night.
Together with the rental price, a deposit of EUR 150 is due before arrival.
For the final cleaning we charge EUR 130.
The visitor's tax is EUR 2.50 per person (from the 16th birthday) per night and is due before arrival.

Great weekend

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft in schöner Lage
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Das Wetter war leider nicht so schön, aber dafür hatte man im Haus ausreichend Platz.
Der telefonische Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Super nice accommodation
It is a very nice accommodation
There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone and we felt very comfortable
The interior was lovingly furnished by the owners and there is really nothing missing that you need on a holiday!
Even the smallest guests were catered for and security is really important in this house!
We will definitely be back...
