Description
The house was renovated in 2000 and has recently been converted into a holiday home. The equipment is extensive and there is also plenty of space. The kitchen has an adjoining room in which various useful things (iron, high chair, baby cot, ladder, first-aid kit, toys, fireplace accessories, hand hoover, dog supplies, and much more) are stored. Furthermore, there is a utility room with ladder, hoover, mobile air conditioner, foot step, washing machine, electronic dryer and much more. In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob, electronic oven, Miele dishwasher, Miele microwave, Miele extractor fan and much more. In the covered terrace, the side walls can be pushed open. You also have a charcoal barbecue for the garden. You can use the garden belonging to the house. Several music systems and 4 flat LED TVs with smart function complete the picture. We will gladly drive you to the nearest supermarkets in the neighbouring village when you arrive. You have 2 large parking spaces for cars on the property and furthermore we can provide you with an additional garage if you need it. A double children's bicycle trailer and a dog trailer as well as the 7 bicycles belonging to the house are provided by us free of charge. WLAN up to 500Mbit/s. and Netflix is available and will not be charged. It is also additionally provided by us free of charge. The sauna has an outdoor shower with a surrounding screen. Shortly before your arrival, the required beds are made up and towels are provided for each person. The house with its 3 bedrooms is particularly suitable for a maximum of 5 adults. If there are 6 people, there should be at least 1 child. If necessary, there are alternative sleeping possibilities in the living room. (see photos) In addition, there is also a small folding bed.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is in a very quiet location between meadows and a paddock. Deer and hares come right up to the house. There are also young cows on the approx. 800m long access road to the house. The view around the house is without any high buildings. East Frisia is a paradise for cyclists. There are countless smooth paths on which you can make a bicycle tour. The holiday home is centrally located, so you can cycle to the various mainland beaches or inland lakes in a star shape. All excursion destinations such as museums, mills, old harbour villages, sailing harbours, special restaurants, lighthouses, weekly markets, pedestrian zones with boutiques, walking routes on dikes between sheep and rabbits, leisure pools and wave pools, ferries to the other islands and much more are all around the holiday home and can be reached easily and quickly by car. Some experienced people explore everything by bicycle. But you can also start with a short tour. For example to the dog beach in Greetsiel at a distance of about 9 km or to the bathing lake at about 3 km. The house is situated between the North Sea beach in Norddeich and the old harbour of Greetsiel and also between the nature reserve Ewiges Meer and the bathing lake Großes Meer. The bike ride to the Ewiges Meer nature reserve also takes you along a forest lake with a small diversions.

As already written, we can have people picked up from the train station or from the small airfield. Furthermore, we can have a friend drive you around the country by car. If you would like this, please call us so that we can organise it for you. For the ocean-going yachts we need an early booking, as they are often fully booked. At the North Sea there is almost always a cooling wind blowing and the sea air brings you a wonderful freshness. Good relaxation is a given here. We have prepared various brochures with excursion destinations and adventure tours for you. For young people over 16 there are 2 interesting music clubs in the neighbouring villages. Volleyball, among other things, is a popular game on the surrounding beaches. A wide variety of vehicles and beach chairs (also for overnight stays incl. bed linen) are available for hire at very reasonable prices in many places. Bicycles can often be hired at the harbour on the islands. You can reach the 7 offshore islands partly by shuttle service. Larger sea trips are also offered. But there are also smaller boats in inland traffic, which you may also drive without a sports boat licence. There is a very extensive canal system. In the meantime, we have set up a secured area at the holiday home so that the little friends don't run away. (Free run)

We were delighted with the pleasant location of the beautifully furnished holiday home
Everything was there , nothing was missing , like at home in our flat
We could make trips in all directions , whether by bike or car .
The sauna is a nice way to relax together on the uncomfortable days.

Ferien mit Familie
Das Ferienhaus (keine 130 qm, höchstens 80 qm), sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, sowie renovierungsbedürftig. Das Mobiliar ist alt und teilweise ramponiert. Sauberkeit sowie die Hygiene lassen zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Wir sind schockiert. Die m² stehen in den Architektenzeichnungen und bei allen Ämtern. Nichts ist abgewohnt, nichts ist renovierungsbedürftig. Letzte Renovierung 2020 dazu 4 neue Fernseher und neue Geräte Miele Geschirrspüler, Miele Kühlschrank, Miele Mikrowelle und im September 2021 neue Leder-Sitzecke und neue Leder-Stühle in der Küche. Sofort wenn etwas kaputt gegangen ist, wird es ersetzt. Eine Firma ist mit Hygiene und Sauberkeit beauftragt. Diese Firma arbeitet professionell und hervorragend. Diese GmbH hinterlässt auch immer eine Visitenkarte mit Telefonnummer. Falls später etwas fehlt oder gewünscht wird kommt jemand und hilft. Bei Einzug und Schlüsselübergabe wird das gesamte Haus und das Saunahaus begangen und alles erklärt und gezeigt. Dabei wird bereits gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir nehmen gern alle Anregungen an was wir noch verbessern können.

Excellent vacation with my husband
In the following holiday resort, my husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. It is worth mentioning the excellent hygiene condition in which we found the house. Additionally, both the location and the facilities were of a high standard. I don't really need to mention the good price here.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für meine Famile
Meine Familie und ich haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt. Es liegt gut und der Vermieter achtet sehr auf die Hygiene, die in dem Haus herrscht. Die Außenanlagen sind wunderbar und auf einem vorbildlichen Stand. Zu erwähnen ist außerdem der faire Preis des Vermieters. Gerne mache ich hier wieder Urlaub mit meiner Familie.

Gut ausgestattetes ruhiges Ferienhaus
Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Schön ausgestattet Räume in sehr ruhiger Lage. Perfekt zum entspannen. Tagesreisen nach Norderney oder Borkum sind von hieraus angenehme durchzuführen.
Von Morgensport bis Entspannungsurlaub lässt sich in Rechtsupweg alles genießen. Schönes Entertainment dank Netflix inclusive.

Alles top, sehr gerne wieder.
Idyllische und ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen.
Die ostfriesische Gelassenheit lässt jeden auf seine Kosten kommen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fähren und Strände sind in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, wobei sich auch eine Fahrradtour zum Strand wirklich lohnt.
Der Vermieter war wirklich nett, besonderes Highlight ist natürlich die Sauna, in der man sich nach einem Tag am Strand einfach weiter erholen kann.
Auch für Fans des Morgensportes bietet das Haus die perfekte Lage um ungestört durch die Landschaft joggen zu können und auf dem Weg die Frühstücksbrötchen zu besorgen.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen. Perfekt für Urlaub mit Fahrrädern. Gut ausgestattet, wir haben alles gefunden was wir brauchen. Mit dem Auto kann man alles schnell erreichen. Es lohnt sich aufjedenfall auch ein Tagesausflug auf die Norderney. Die Vermieter sind nett. Sie helfen einem bei allem und stellen auch weitere Fahrräder zu Verfügung. Es ist auch tolles Spielzeug für Kinder da. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferien an der Nordsee
Freundliche Vermieter, schönes Haus, insgesammt einfach eine schöne Zeit. Ein Highlight des Urlaubs war der Tag auf der Nordsee mit einer Yacht. Außerdem ist uns die gute Ausstatung des Hauses aufgefallen z.B wird auf den Fernsehern ein großes Programm an Filmen angeboten durch den Zugang gratis auf Netflix.
