Our exclusive pool villa is located directly on a saltwater canal in the so-called Yacht Club Area, one of the best residential locations and most sought-after areas of the city of Cape Coral.
In just about 1 minute, you can reach the Gulf of Mexico by speedboat. Ideal for boaters, anglers, and golfers. In the immediate vicinity you will find various supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, drugstore, hairdresser, many restaurants, and other shops. The Cape Coral Yacht Club with tennis courts, the adjacent Cape Coral Fishing Pier, the Boathouse Bar, and the fine sandy beach are also reachable within a few minutes . . .
The entire living area is fully air-conditioned. Our three bedrooms with LCD flat-screen TVs, two separate bathrooms, as well as the large closets make the vacation comfortable for families of up to 6 people, or also with friends. The open kitchen with a view over the pool and the Caloosahatchee River has a large dining counter and directly adjacent the comfortable dining room. Here you will also find our cocktail bar to enjoy your self-mixed romantic cocktail, a wonderful chilled wine, or a sparkling champagne.
The exclusive furnishings of the house are far above the usual rental standard of other vacation homes. This concerns the floor coverings, the kitchen fittings, our pool and garden design, and of course also the furnishing and equipment.

The city of Cape Coral is located in Lee County, i.e. in the southwest of Florida directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The city was founded in the 1950s and is now known as the Venice of America. Cape Coral is criss-crossed by over 650 km of artificial canals (salt and fresh water). The offshore islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island, with their kilometres of white sandy beaches, are ideal excursion destinations and can be reached by boat as well as by car. On boat trips you are often accompanied by dolphins, or you can observe pelicans, herons etc. at close range.

Property and pool were perfect!
Property and pool were perfect! We saw dolphins, manatees and lots of birds and fish at the property. Husbands enjoyed fishing and we enjoyed the pool. Beautiful place and location. Kitchen was well stocked. Had a great time relaxing!

Villa Fantastic
We had a fantastic week at Villa Romantic. Location, location, location. On a corner lot bordering two canals, southwest exposure, sun all day, with a gorgeous view. We had beautiful sunsets every night. Rapid access to the intracoastal waterway. We rented a boat for three days and explored the area. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great place just to relax
This place was amazing! It was great to wake up in the morning, have my coffee next to the pool and watch the dolphins play in the canal. Spent everyday either floating in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub. I will definitely come back to this house again and again and again and .....

Restful Getaway
Great location, beautiful views and relaxing getaway. Close to restaurants, gardens, shelling and tons of fishing spots. There are even fresh mangos and avocados on the property (and maybe coconuts). We rented a boat with the property and went to nearby Sanibel which is a quick boat trip from this location. Whether you just want to relax poolside and enjoy the picturesque views or explore everything that Cape Coral and the surround area has to offer, this property has it all. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
