In the private garden in the village of Vinež, 2 km from Labin, awaits you a charming
Villa Dean and a private pool, which invite you to relax.
Overlooking the pool is a terrace with a dining table but also an annex with a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue.
The house consists of two floors, but only the lower one is rented. The one above is neither in use nor rented.
On the first floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining room, a hallway,
2 bathrooms and 3 comfortable bedrooms.
The three bedrooms can accommodate 5 people and the sofa can sleep an additional two people.
The interior is spacious, clean and beautiful.

The village of Vinež is located on the east coast of Istria, 2 km from Labin.
In Labin there are three supermarkets, two gas stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old
town center and a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. The east coast of Istria is known for the most brilliant
sea in the Adriatic. You can choose among the numerous beaches, and we recommend Rabac and the long pebble beach.

The landlords Dean and Tina are very nice and leave nothing to be desired. The holiday home has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The holiday home is ideal for excursions in the area. The highlights of this dreamlike surroundings are easily reachable by car. Whether beach or culture, this is the perfect starting point for all activities.
