Description
The open, bright living, dining and kitchen area with an unobstructed view of the lake and garden can become the centre of your holiday time together. The large glass surfaces and light bands transmit the atmosphere of the four seasons unadulterated into your "own" four walls. From the south-facing terrace and the in-house sauna, you have a view of the crystal-clear Mühlfeldsee. At the same time, you have an exclusive private beach with direct, private access to the lake and an in-house boat for hobby captains.
In addition to the high-quality furnishings (air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric fireplace, fitted kitchen with modern appliances), a harmoniously coordinated interior awaits you. The house is neither directly nor indirectly rented out to pets and is therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers!

Location and surroundings of object
Lake Mühlfeld is part of the Leipziger Neuseenland and is located right next to the community of Löbnitz with its 2,000 inhabitants in a charming environment with lots of nature. Lake Seelhausen and other lakes are located to the west. These were created by the former open-cast lignite mining and belong to the Central German Lake District. To the north are the Mulden meadows and the Dübener Heide Nature Park.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before arrival receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. If they cancel after this time, they will not receive a refund. Under pandemic conditions, the following cancellation policies currently apply: Guests can cancel free of charge if an area has been locked down or a ban on tourist rentals has been imposed. Which areas are affected can be found in the respective regulation of the federal state where the holiday accommodation is located. This is a case of legal impossibility: landlords are not allowed to provide the accommodation and thus cannot fulfill the contractually agreed upon service. Advanced payments, or the entire rental price if transferred, will be refunded.

Very nice beach house
We stayed in this beautiful holiday home for the second time. Arrive and switch off. Relax on the terrace or go fishing with the rowing boat. In the evening, a relaxed barbecue, and later a sauna and cooling off in the lake.

Great short getaway
A very nice, well-kept, very modern, and extensively equipped holiday home with enough space for 6 adults. Beautifully located directly by the lake. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts and anglers. We were able to spend a very relaxing Pentecost weekend here. Very friendly and uncomplicated landlords.
