The well-maintained private villa with its own private pool is located in the panoramic area of Cumbre del Sol near Moraira, only about 100 meters from the cliffs, from where you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the nearby bathing bay.
The detached, 140 sqm holiday home for exclusive use is situated on its own private plot. The 4 x 9 meter private pool with pool lighting is equipped with Roman steps for convenient entry.
An outdoor shower is also available for you here. Six sun loungers and a seating area invite you to relax.
A mobile grill is available.
Additionally, you have the option of free use of the Montecala communal pool, which is located about 200 meters away. It is a spacious facility with two pools featuring integrated paddling pools. The pool on the upper terrace has an infinity pool section with a wonderful view of the surroundings. There is also a toddler playground on the upper floor. The lower pool is estimated to be 30 m long and is very well suited for swimming laps.
The furnished house terrace offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The extensively equipped house is bright and pleasantly furnished.
Air conditioning ensures comfortable room temperatures at any time of year. Living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV (German satellite TV with the usual German channels), and internet connection via WIFI.
The open kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, modern multifunction oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, blender, kettle, as well as all necessary cooking utensils including a coffee capsule machine (Nestlé).
A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also part of the extensive equipment. The hallway leads you to the sleeping area of the house with the 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms is a single room with a bed measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters and air conditioning.
The two double bedrooms on this floor are each furnished with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2.00 meters and have air conditioning. One of the bathrooms is en suite. Two bathrooms are available on this floor, one with a bathtub and toilet and one with a shower and toilet.
The rooms listed above are located on the upper floor of the house with a living area of 100 sqm. This is almost at ground level (only one staircase with 9 steps) to the property entrance on the north side.
For the cooler season, there is an electric convector heater and an infrared heater in the living room on the upper floor. The studio apartment on the lower floor features a living area with an adjoining bedroom with air conditioning (hot/cold) and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed measures 1.35 x 1.90 m, heating is provided by infrared heaters. There is a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, the sofa is a sofa bed and can be pulled out to 1.60 x 2.00 m. The studio downstairs has its own refrigerator and a small electric pizza oven (so you always have cool drinks near the pool and can have small pizza parties . . . . )
The entire property is at your exclusive disposal. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. Bringing a dog is allowed. The house is located on a quiet street used only by local residents. You can park your cars conveniently in front of the property. High chairs for children and baby beds with bedding as well as the bed linens can be rented at a reasonable price upon request.
It is approx. to the nearest bathing bay - Cala Moraig - and restaurant. 2 km, only 100 meters to the coast
