Description

This well-maintained private house with its own private pool is located in the panoramic Cumbre del Sol area near Moraira, only about 100 metres from the cliffs, from where you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the nearby bathing bay.

The detached, 140 sqm holiday home for sole use is situated on its own private plot.

The 4 x 9 metre private pool with pool lighting is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access.
An outdoor shower is also available for you here. Six sun loungers and a seating area invite you to linger.
A mobile barbecue is available.

In addition, there is the possibility of using the communal swimming pool Montecala, which is about 200 metres away, free of charge. It is a spacious facility with two pools with integrated paddling pools. The pool on the upper terrace has an infinity pool section with wonderful views of the surroundings. There is also a toddlers' play area on the upper level. The lower pool is an estimated 30 m long and is very suitable for sports swimming.

The furnished house terrace offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The extensively equipped house is bright and friendly.
Air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures in all seasons.

Living - dining room with air conditioning, SAT-TV (German satellite TV with the usual German programmes) and internet connection via WIFI.

The open kitchen with dining counter is equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob, modern multifunctional oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, blender, kettle, as well as all necessary cooking utensils incl. coffee capsule machine (Nestlé).

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also part of the extensive equipment.

The hallway leads you to the sleeping area of the house with the 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms is a single room with a bed measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres.

The two double bedrooms on this floor are each furnished with a double bed, measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres, and have air conditioning. One of the bathrooms is en suite.

Two bathrooms are available on this floor, one with bathtub and toilet and one with shower and toilet.

The above mentioned rooms are located on the upper floor of the house with a living area of 100 sqm. This is almost at ground level (only one staircase with 9 steps) to the property entrance on the north side.

For the cooler season, there is an electric convector heater on the upper floor and an infrared heater in the living room.

The studio flat on the lower floor has a living room with adjoining bedroom with air conditioning (hot/cold) and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed is 1.35 x 1.90 m, and heating is provided by infrared heaters. There is a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, the couch is a sofa bed and can be extended to 1.60 x 2.00 m. The studio downstairs has its own refrigerator and toilet.

The entire property is at your sole disposal. Smoking is not permitted in the house itself. Bringing a dog is allowed. The house is situated on a quiet street which is only used by residents. You can park your car in front of the property. Highchairs and baby cots with bed linen as well as the bedding can be rented on request at a reasonable price.

The nearest bathing bay - Cala Moraig - and restaurant are approx. 2 km away, the coast only 100 metres
