The house can accommodate up to 6 people + baby (travel cot provided free of charge)
There are 2 large/spacious bedrooms on the upper floor of the house (bedroom 1 with a double bed 180x200 cm and a view of the lake; bedroom 2 with a double bed 140x200 cm and 2 single beds 90x200 cm each with a view of the greenery)
In the lower part of the house, there is the spacious and open living and dining area with sufficient space for communal meals, a fully equipped kitchen with further seating, a small adjoining room with a washing machine and a beautiful daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower.
To make our guests feel at home, we have made and furnished everything with great attention to detail.
All rooms have underfloor heating, there are electric blinds everywhere and most of them have pleated blinds.
The windows in the sleeping area and the patio door are partly equipped with high-quality fly screens.
Locals also jokingly call the bathing lake in Tannenhausen the "Rimini of East Frisia".

Here is the translation to English: If you cancel your booking, your payment will be refunded minus our costs, provided the holiday apartment is rented out to someone else. If we can only rent out the holiday apartment at a lower price, we will charge you for the lost rental income. If the holiday apartment is not rented out, we will charge you for the lost rental income minus a 10% flat rate for incidental costs.

For those who like to be active on holiday, the large beach area has a water ski/wakeboard facility, an aqua park for young and old, and a beach bar with an absolute holiday feeling (sometimes with live music in the evenings). A little further down the bathing lake there is another nice place where you can also linger. Children of all ages have plenty of opportunities to play everywhere. If you want to rent bicycles, they can be rented. They will be brought to your doorstep and picked up again
Other leisure activities such as the adventure pool "De Baalje" and the climbing forest are also not far from our holiday home (approx. 6 km). The beautiful North Sea coast (approx. 20 km) and the North Sea islands offer many different interesting excursion destinations.
