Description
From the spacious sun terrace, which is equipped with eight sun loungers and garden furniture, you have a fantastic view of the nearby sea. Here you can relax and unwind from everyday life. For cozy barbecue evenings, a charcoal outdoor grill is also available for you, so you will certainly use the terrace and pool area at any time of day and can fully enjoy outdoor living.
The entire living area is located on the upper panoramic floor. Two bedrooms (double bed with single mattresses and two single beds), equipped with mosquito nets, one bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate guest toilet. There is also an impressive view from the house as well as from the terrace.
The apartment below, with a separate entrance, is locked and guaranteed unoccupied.
Bringing pets is not allowed under any circumstances.

Cancellation terms:
If you cancel your trip up to 60 days before the arrival date, we will charge 35% of the total sum as a cancellation fee, thereafter 75% of the total sum, and from 14 days or less before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the full rental price. If you depart early or fail to arrive without prior notice, there is no entitlement to a refund. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. With your booking documents, you will receive a link to travel insurance that we can recommend.
