Description
The modern holiday home is located on a plot of approx. 3000m² 4 km east of the harbour. Up to max. 3 persons (double bed + 1 extra bed) or 2 persons + max. 2 children can stay overnight. The holiday flat has a separate terrace with seating / sunshade / lounger and a barbecue area. The flat is new. The large property is very child-friendly, with sandbox, slide, swing, etc.. It is only 12 km to the Baltic Sea and the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. A well-maintained cycle path leads through the forest directly to the beach.
The seaside resort of Warnemünde can be reached in about 10 km through a tunnel under the Warnow River, which flows into the Baltic Sea. The spa town of Graal Müritz can also be reached by bike or car.
The city centre of Rostock, with its many sights, is only 5 km away. If you would like to visit the Hanseatic League, please contact us by email.

Location and surroundings of object
There are only 12 km to the Baltic, the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. A constructed path through the forest, it leads directly to the beach.
The seaside resort Warnemünde reach you in about 10 miles through a tunnel beneath the flowing into the Baltic Sea river "Warnow". The resort Graal-Müritz can be reached also by bike or car.
Rostock's city centre, with its many attractions is only 5 km away. Bentwisch is located on the outskirts of Rostock. Between Graal Müritz and Rostock. Very quiet area. All sights are within easy reach (Beach, city, heritage farm etc.)

Holiday flat

Super central location.
The vacation apartment is located not far from the beach. The strawberry farm is just around the corner. The city center can also be reached in just 10 minutes. Nevertheless, quiet location and nice landlords.
