The detached single-family house was built in 2005 and is located on a secluded plot. The living space of the holiday home is approx. 100 m². Our holiday home offers space for max. 10 people. The house is equipped with a large living room in the basement (double sofa bed, wall unit, sideboard, satellite TV and stereo system).
A large, modern and fully equipped kitchen (Siemens brand appliances)
A bedroom with 4 single beds (1 extra bed possible).
A second bedroom with 2 single beds (1 extra bed possible)
Two bathrooms, one upstairs (WC and shower), one downstairs (WC and shower)
There is 1 TV in each of the bedrooms and in the living room. The holiday home is completely furnished (incl. table and bed linen).
There are also 2 parking spaces on the property
A barbecue area for social gatherings is also available. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m from the house).
From there you can reach the Rostock city centre, the ferry in Hohe Düne / Markgrafenheide to Warnemünde or the Schnatermann quickly and easily with bus lines 16 and 18.

Our beautiful holidays
We really liked the holiday home, it is very close to Rostock and yet quiet, rural. We give five stars for everything
and five stars on top for the friendly landlady,

Perfect.
We had booked the house for a few weeks of work in Rostock. In short, we have rarely encountered such a well-equipped, clean house. Heike is truly a great host. From the inquiry to the booking to the settlement: perfect. Price/performance: unbeatable for Rostock. Equipment: great. Once again, heartfelt thanks for the pleasant accommodation at this point. And: because the men raved so much - I will personally come with my wife in September 2017, as the house is also ideal for a Baltic Sea vacation.
Conclusion: a gem on the Baltic Sea. Thank you for that.

The total rip-off
We liked the holiday house, everything was clean and tidy, and we would have liked to come back or recommended the house, but unfortunately we were totally ripped off when it came to paying!
On the website, the house is offered for up to 3 people at 75 euros per night and for 4 or more people, 20 euros per person per night. Which is completely fine. We arrived with 3 people. Unfortunately, we were charged not 75 euros but 100 euros per night! BECAUSE WE HAD 2 BABIES WHO WERE 6 WEEKS OLD WITH US! The babies were each counted as one person!
This was a total rip-off, and that's why we won't come back, let alone recommend the place.

An alle zufriedenen Gäste! Frau Christina S. hatte mit mir einen Mietvertrag über 4 Personen abgeschlossen.Mietvertrag liegt zur Einsicht bereit! Bei Anreise kamen sie zusätzlich, ohne Anmeldung, mit 2Babys. Ich habe Ihnen bei der Bezahlung für diese Kleinstkinder 10€ pro Baby berechnet. Leider zeigten diese Gäste kein Einsicht, daß ich diese Babys nicht kostenfrei übernachten ließ. Ich habe weder ein Hotelbetrieb noch die dementsprechenden Preise. Ich wünsche Familie S. viel Erfolg bei der Suche, wo sie Unterkünfte für 20€ pro Nacht/ Person bekommen, und Ihre Babys dann kostenlos unterbringen können.
