Description
The detached single-family house was built in 2005 and is located on a secluded plot. The living space of the holiday home is approx. 100 m². Our holiday home offers space for max. 10 people. The house is equipped with a large living room in the basement (double sofa bed, wall unit, sideboard, satellite TV and stereo system).
A large, modern and fully equipped kitchen (Siemens brand appliances)
A bedroom with 4 single beds (1 extra bed possible).
A second bedroom with 2 single beds (1 extra bed possible)
Two bathrooms, one upstairs (WC and shower), one downstairs (WC and shower)
There is 1 TV in each of the bedrooms and in the living room. The holiday home is completely furnished (incl. table and bed linen).
There are also 2 parking spaces on the property
A barbecue area for social gatherings is also available. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100 m from the house).
From there you can reach the Rostock city centre, the ferry in Hohe Düne / Markgrafenheide to Warnemünde or the Schnatermann quickly and easily with bus lines 16 and 18.

Our beautiful holidays
We really liked the holiday home, it is very close to Rostock and yet quiet, rural. We give five stars for everything
and five stars on top for the friendly landlady,
who helped us with words and deeds. We will be back next year. Many greetings from the Krämer family

Perfekt.
Wir hatten das Haus für ein paar Wochen Arbeiten in Rostock gebucht.
Um es kurz zu machen: selten haben wir ein so gut ausgestattetes, sauber geführtes Haus kennengelernt. Heike ist wirklich eine gute Gastgeberin. Von der Anfrage über die Buchung bis hin zur Abrechnung: Perfekt. Preis / Leistung: unschlagbar für Rostock. Ausstattung: super.
Noch einmal an dieser Stelle Herzlichen Dank für die angenehme Unterkunft.
Und: weil die Männer so geschwärmt haben - ich komme mit meiner Frau im September 2017 persönlich vorbei, denn das Haus ist auch für den Ostseeurlaub ideal.
Fazit: eine Perle an der Ostsee. Danke dafür.

Die totale Abzocke
Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen, alles sauber und ordentlich, wir wären schon gerne wieder gekommen oder hätten das Haus weiter empfohlen aber leider wurden wir, als es ans bezahlen ging, total abgezockt!
Auf der Internetseite wird das Haus, bis zu 3 Personen, für 75Euro die Nacht und ab 4 Personen, 20Euro p.P. pro Nacht angeboten.. Was ja auch vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Wir sind auch mit 3 Person angereist. Nur leider wurden uns nicht die 75Euro abgeknöpft sondern 100Euro pro Nacht!! WEIL WIR 2 BABYS IM ALTER VON 6 WOCHEN DABEI HATTEN!!!! Die Babys wurden jeweils als eine Person berechnet!
Das ist die totale abzocke gewesen und deswegen werden wir nicht wieder kommen geschweigeden das Haus weiter empfehlen.

An alle zufriedenen Gäste! Frau Christina S. hatte mit mir einen Mietvertrag über 4 Personen abgeschlossen.Mietvertrag liegt zur Einsicht bereit! Bei Anreise kamen sie zusätzlich, ohne Anmeldung, mit 2Babys. Ich habe Ihnen bei der Bezahlung für diese Kleinstkinder 10€ pro Baby berechnet. Leider zeigten diese Gäste kein Einsicht, daß ich diese Babys nicht kostenfrei übernachten ließ. Ich habe weder ein Hotelbetrieb noch die dementsprechenden Preise. Ich wünsche Familie S. viel Erfolg bei der Suche, wo sie Unterkünfte für 20€ pro Nacht/ Person bekommen, und Ihre Babys dann kostenlos unterbringen können.
