The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The property is located in a village Valtura, 8 km away from the historical city of Pula.
The 26 m2 pool offers refreshments in the hot summer months. There are also 4 sun loungers around the pool, outdoor shower and a barbecue.
The house has 3 bedrooms, (2 bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms). Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom offers 1 single bed.
The sofa in the living room is extendable and it can easily accommodate two people. The living room is modernly equipped, connected to a dining room and a small kitchen. WiFi, LCD TV, satellite programs and air conditioning can provide comfort even in the hottest summer days.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic glass stove, oven, freezer and coffee machine.
There are 2 private bathrooms and 1 standalone bathroom. All 3 bathrooms offer you a toilet, a shower, hot water, and a mirror.
The property also provides 4 private parking spaces, underfloor heating, towels, and bed linen.
The property of m2 gives you complete freedom of enjoyment and a high level of privacy, with a lot of greenery that literally links you to nature. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the yard.

Location and surroundings of object
850 m from the first local market and 11 km from the beach. The first big town is “Pula” 9 km away. The restaurant “Vesna Loborika” is 7.2 km away.
The Roman amphitheater is 10 km from the house. "Pula City Mall" is 10 kilometers away and "Max Stoja" mall is 13 km away. There are plenty of shops there such as C&A, H&M, Müller, DM, Deichmann, Hervis, pet shop Zoo City, etc.
Popular beaches such as "Puntizela", "Hidrobaza" and "Ambrela" are on a distance of 10 to 15 kilometers. You need 16 km to reach Fažana. There are boat excursions from Fažana to famous National Park Brijuni multiple times every day.
World-known Cape Kamenjak is a 30-minute car drive away, with crystal blue sea, numerous bays and beaches that Lonely Planet included in the Top 10 Beaches list of Mediterranean.
Very quiet, traditional Istrian village Valtura. The historical city of Pula has a lively old town center with popular ancient monuments such as Roman Amphitheatre "Arena", Arch of the Sergii and August Temple.
Nearby is the Nezakcij site, the most important archaeological site on the entire Istrian peninsula. An abundance of massive and uninformed towns has been formed here already in the Bronze Age. The Nezakcij was the political and religious center of the tribal alliance Histri and their capital.
In 177 BC, in Nezakcij, there was a decisive battle between the numerous prevailing Romans and the local Histra population. King Epulon did not want to surrender to the Romans, and he allegedly threw himself on the sword and died. His soldiers took on the example of his leader. Legends about Epulon, especially about his treasure, can still be heard in this area today.
After the Roman conquest, Nezakcij became a military outpost. The finds originate from the period between the 11th and the 7th centuries BC. Cr.
Necropolises, foundations of the walls and jars from the prehistoric period were preserved. In the Roman period, there were forums, spas, waterways, doors, and remains of the three temples. The ruins of two rectangular and parallel, early Christian great basilicas (from the 5th century) are easily distinguished. There is also a small museum in the locality.
To the east of Valtura, there is a deep bay of Budava, away from the place only 1 km of the airline, a road km.
In Budava is the marigold "Porto Budava", and due to its size, the bay is very protected from most of the winds and serves as a port for the local population.
Southwest of Valtura, there is the church of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Kostanjica from 1197. He used to wear the name of St. Germain, a martyr who had been executed there in 284. There is a Gothic inscription from the 14th century on the church today.
