Description

Charming and exclusive - that is the Kuferhaus in Gmunden.

Up to 4 adults and 2 children can find space here on 80m². With terrace and whirlpool in the garden. The house was originally built in 1849 and completely renovated and modernized in 2013. The house is in 2nd lake row with beautiful view and the public bathing place is only a few minutes away. Parking in the underground garage (250m), whirlpool all year in operation and heatable up to 40 degrees, located on the lake and public lake access already in a few meters away. House with sound system in every room, completely renovated. Toys for children in the house and in the garden.

- 2 separate bedrooms
- One of them is equipped as a children's room with themed beds "pirate" and "car"
- But theme beds are normal beds and are also used by adults! ;-)
- Bedroom with double bed also has nice lake view and mountain view
- Air conditioners per bedroom in AUTO mode 23°
