The lovingly designed boathouse was built in 2008 in the historicizing style of a brick villa and houses a comfortable maisonette apartment with approx. 70 m² of living space. The accommodation offers space for up to four people and is ideal for couples, families, or vacationers who appreciate peace and comfort.
On the upper floor there are two cozy bedrooms as well as the modernly equipped bathroom. The ground floor impresses with a spacious, open living and kitchen area that invites you to cook, dine, and relax together. The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
The holiday apartment includes a separate, quietly located courtyard area with its own parking space, max. 2 parking spaces. On the cozy courtyard terrace with barbecue area, you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. A small green area completes the feel-good atmosphere. A secure storage facility for bicycles is available – ideal for active holidaymakers.
